Unless printed comands were given to print twice or more. Bawumia did this to truely decieve the court. If Tsikata is able to prove that his analysis even singly affect the total value presented by the petitioners, then the case will die. Bawumia has made a mistake by presenting these sheets without cross checking. they had all this time to sort things out, still mistakes. But they expect EC to use 3days. What a disgrace.

He should have noticed the duplicated, triplicated, quadruplicated sheets they brought to Ct! At the begining he denied that the pinksheets were duplicated only to admit to that later! They did a poor job by rushing inn with papers to shoot the number up. What is this if not Propaganda? I am prety sure that there are duplications and triplications in the data he analysed as well. His premise is WRONG and his conclusion will be wrong! Let us see how this unfolds!

The opening paragraph states, “I came to serve; I have finished my time here on earth and have moved on to everlasting rest and celestial duties with my heavenly father.”

The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

Why is the Supreme Court not kicking this case out of court to save the state money and time purely on the premise that most of the evidence brought before it is false, non-existent and in a some cases a forgery ?
Secondly, why is this case going ahead if Bawumia in cross examination admitted that the first respondent has done nothing wrong. Why is he named as the first respondent if you think he is innocent.
Thirdly, how does Bawumia know that all the duplications and fraud that he was not even aware of, were not added to the computation of the total figure presented to the highest court in the land ?
Fourthly, Bawumia's answers that the computer was to blame for all the mistakes, smacks of his ignorance about computers. Computers don't just generate figures out of thin air. Someone has to enter those figures into the computer and tell it what to do with them and therefore those figures on the computer should be the same as those on the pink sheets.
The fifth point is that, why talk about time wasting if all the mountain of the evidence were brought to the court by the NPP. In court , every evidence should be examined thoroughly and we should count ourselves lucky that the NDC lawyers have agreed to look at them in batches.
Finally,Akuffo Addo as a lawyer, knew very well that there could be a case for perjury being brought against anybody standing in that box therefore he decided to let Dr Bawumia take the bullet for him. Tsatsu also realised this and wanted to know who exactly compiled this evidence to which Dr Bawumia foolishly but innocently said he did every single one of them. Boooom, Tsatsu's trap has just closed on Bawumia as the person who is going to be held responsible for bringing false and fraudulent evidence to the highest court in the land thus committing perjury. Akuffo Addo walks out of court without a blemish for all the false evidence.
In a way, going to court by the NPP will only enhance our democracy and ensure that come the next election, the Electoral Commission will take their work seriously and the polling agents will also take theirs very seriously.
As an NPP follower, i am disappointed in the quality and quantity of evidence we provided in court because we had enough time to separate the wheat from the chaff and failed miserably. We will be lucky if Dr Bawumia is not charged with perjury.

Every polling station had busy body observers from all the parties who watched with eagle eyes as the ballots were put in the transparent boxes and joined in a chorus of the counting and recounting. Some especially the NPP "guards" even fought for the custody of the ballot boxes.

Now we are told, all they did was sleep on the job and like zombies only " signed the pink sheets but did not raise any protest on the face of the pink sheet." PROTEST ON THE FACE OF THE PINK SHEETS? Meaning there was no electoral fraud but " irregularities" such that a blank space could be interpreted as zero and non biometric verification even if the voter was verified by other means should cause all the votes in the polling station to be annulled.

Because the Presidency is someone's property to own and has to be given to him SPECIALLY by DECLARATION of the Supreme Court.

So if that is true why did they not submit a smaller number of pink sheets for which they were sure of rather than throwing in a whole bunch of duplicated, triplicated and quadruplicated sheets? I totally agree with Dr Bawumia that quality and quantity is the game, but why did they go for quantity? It would serve Dr Bawumia to answer simple questions with straight answers instead of resulting to "sayings of the wise". It might trickle NPP followers but is hardly helpful to his cause. When Tsatsu reminds Dr Bawumia of his oath, it is not a threat, but to allert the judges to take note of a potential charge of perjury that may ensue. Dr Bawumia ought not to be attesting to everything compiled by others. He does not know what Tsatsu has uncovered in his so called analysis. "But this was not included in the analysis" is another phrase the Dr ought to be very careful of making. He is gradually being led to the point of no return, where pleas of 'errors' would not be accepted by the justices.

NPP and NDC are certainly the two political parties that have dominated the political climate of Ghana over the past thirty somewhat years.The question at hand is, "who is staeling from Ghana?" The answer has to be the NPP and NDC. We have so many issues facing the citizens of Ghana yet still these two political parties have the same goal, steal from the coffers of Ghana, Do not build clinics, do not stop galamsey, do not stop the Chinese and other foreigners from raping Ghana, do not start the building of public toilets, build bad roads that cause accidents and kill our citizens, encourage police officials to trade in their weapons to armed robbers who kill us, encourage public officials to steal by using government issued vehicles for their girlfriends and non official activities, allow drug barons to bribe their way through the halls of government as well as corrupt our law enforcement officials. The list goes on. We the people are simply tired of one thief (NPP) and the other thief (NDC) waisting our money arguing in court when both parties are quilty of Stealing elections!!! Both are also guilty of robbing the people of Ghana. These two cronies are one and the same. They agree to allow Ghana to sink into a bottomless pit of economic misery and decadence whilst their officials clamor for 4x4 pajaros and high salaries. Shame on us, the people of Ghana for sitting quitely. The radio staions are owned by the 2 political parties NDC and NPP so opinions, that is public opinions are being manipulated by these NPP and ND stalwarts. We need a new generation of Ghanaians to lead us, A new generation that can not be bribed, that will not sell our birthright to the Chinese, Indians, Pakistanis, Americans, Europeans for 30 pieces of gold. What a shame to stand in our courts and waste our time and money that could have been utilized to buid a clinic or two, bore water wells in a village or two and improve the sacred life of a single Ghanaian boy or girl. Shame on US!!! This is not amussing, this is complete stupidity. Because both the NPP and NDC are one and the same!!! After all they share government deals among thmeselves. These two are high class thieves and Ashawos!!

You know, the issue before this court is a thorny and a volcanic one, despite the fact that both parties have agreed to accept any verdict from the supreme court.

This can be compared with an Akan tradition where a man is having an issue with the wife or spouse and the issue is to be decided by the elders in the family.

When the elders find out from the arguments from both parties that either the wife or the husband is right, for the sake of peace and in order not to bring about a divorce, if they see that by giving the verdict that one of them is right, what they normally do is that, they use their wisdom and say: "we have put our feet on the case".

They then give both parties pieces of advice and they settle this case amicably.

Now, with this case which is now before the Supreme Court, the issue is now ending up on 'human errors' or 'clerical errors' from both parties,.

If this is the trend which this case is taking, and because truthfully speaking, "To Err Is Human" and NO MAN IS INFALLIBLE,these 'human errors' are bound to happen.

All that Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata and the counsels for the respondents are doing in court are to prove that 'human errors' are not 'material' and as such, the petition should be thrown out as 'null and void'.

I am sure 'human errors' alone cannot throw out this case.

What the learned Supreme Court Judges should do, at best, is to call for a re-run of the presidential elections.

ONLY A RE-RUN OF THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS WOULD BRING PEACE.

And I repeat,

ONLY A RE-RUN OF THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS WOULD SATISFY BOTH PARTIES.

The cost to Ghana is immaterial! Where there is Life, there is hope! and Where there is peace in Ghana, we can pay for any cost of the presidential elections!

What about if this is not resolved wisely and there is war.

GHANA IS GOING TO PAY FOR THE COST OF THE WAR BUT CANNOT PAY FOR THE COST OF THE LOST LIVES!
