Are they going to get our oil in exchange and if yes, what do we call it funds? Is that because Ghana don´t want the Ghanaians and western world to know the deal?

I think things must be transparent to nation to protect future generations as there is not the old nothing for good leaders who are still causing heavy financial debt to Ghana.

More answers are needed to this topic.
In terms of Kuffour, he must know the NDC game. This party is killing the nation Ghana by making use of everything to rubb Ghanas money into individual pocket whiles workers of state institutions can not be paid and drinking water lacks quality in so many areas.

The Bui dam project was initiated under Nkrumah.

Much as I think that it was in bad taste for President Mahama to have ignored Kufuor for the commissioning of the Bui Dam event, I really dont understand ex-President kufuor for betraying what amounts to symptoms of amnesia (short memory) in this matter.

It was Kufuors people, namely, Afrifa, Busia, Kotoka and co who delayed this same project for over fifty years on the silly and unpardonable pretext that it was Dr Kwame Nkrumahs brainchild. Lets forgive them for the many many things that Ghanaians could have done to develop and to advance with all that lost energy from Bui since 1966. Lets forgive them for the many hundreds of billions of dollars that Ghana could have earned in cost savings as a result for the period between then and now.

Then again, I dont recall that ex-President Kufuor in his days of glory - 2000 to 2008, ever invited leading members of the CPP to the commissioning, launching, re-modeling and the re-introduction of the many stalled pre-1966 projects which they had earlier chastised Nkrumah for, but which they found convenient to activate during their recent stint in govt.

I can however also forgive President Mahama for side-lining kufuor on the grounds that this project is a public project for the people of Ghana. It is not President Kufours personal project. If anything at all, the leading members of the CPP should have been the ones complaining and elbowing themselves into position to take centre stage and take the glory.

Looking back at all these things, it unfortunately appears or seems that, Kwame Nkrumah tired himself only for vultures and vampires to scramble for his unsurpassed legacy.

Kwame Nkrumah could not have built the Bui Adam because when he was overthrown, he has taken a country that was given more than 200 million pounds in 1957 into a debt ridden country.

Anybody could have done what Nkrumah did when you have money at your disposal and he was the only person in our history as President to assume office with a lot of cash in the coffers and what he did was nothing special because countries like Singapore, Malsyia achieved Independence at the same time as Ghana with similar amoun beqyuethered to them but in 1966 when Nkrumah was overthrown and Ghana's economy has been destroyed with people queing for everything and Nkrumah castigating Britain and USA publicly but begging them behind the scenes, those two countries economy were flourishing with more projects.

Idiot, ask your stupid and dumb self who sold all those factories, hotels and the Blackstar lines. Your stupid and illiterate Rawlings did. He sold three hundred of those factories to his friends and family taking Ghanacan, GNTC, Star hotel which is now called LA PALM BEACH HOTEL which he now osolely owns.
