Accra Hearts of Oak is seeking to overturn the results of 18 premier League matches played by Kumasi Asante Kotoko in 2012-2013 league season. Those said matches are fraught with irregularities, violations and malpractices. They are therefore petitioning the GFA to annul all the said matches. Four areas of various irregularities, violations, illegalities and frauds have been established
They have gathered enough evidence to suggest that the various match commissioners failed after the match to sign 15 of their report -sheets (ie form B) to the football secretariat or administration and so those matches should be annulled as irregularities. If the court upheld this plea the whole league should be replay as there would not be a clear champion.
Accra Hearts of oak is also challenging results of 10 matches played in some centers because after those matches the form B use by the match commissioners is duplicated. Thus the match commissioners report form (form B) used at Kpando sports stadium bears the same serial number as form B used for the match in the Kumasi sports stadium. So those 10 matches should be nullified as an irregularity and violations.
In consistence with the laws of the game Accra hearts of oak is again pleading with the court to declare as null and void the results between Kumasi Asante Kotoko and RTU played at the Kumasi sports Stadium (Kotoko 4 – RTU 0). After the match, the report sheet generated by the match commissioner showed Kumasi Sports Stadium as having been written as (Ksi Sports Std). This stadium does not exist and it’s the creation of the GFA period and it’s fraudulent. If these results are annulled Accra Hearts of Oak will top the league table and be declared as league Champions for the 2012-2013 league season.
Hearts of oak is again pleading to the court to annul 16 matches played by Kotoko. In those matches, the match commissioners in their report after the matches indicated two or more players than 22 players as having played in those games. Officially football is played by 22 players anything more is overplaying and less is under playing. Any game that showed more than 22 players as having played the match must be nullified.
Moreover in some instances the match commissioners in his report after the match did not indicate the color of the jerseys worn by the opposing teams which opened the floodgate for cheating. The Board of directors argues that whether the extra players came from the bench as substitutes or whatever that is not their palaver. The box there on the form indicates total no of players on the field and not how many players played and must have completed as such. Those entire matches should be annulled. Accra Hearts of Oak is ready to RULE Africa. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In some of the reports, match commissioner did not write number of players played and that means zero players played in the said match and it’s overplaying. So results must be annulled

Exactly 2 weeks ago this Saturday, 3 ash coloured KMA mini buses were returning from a similar funeral on the Obuasi Kumasi road in a convoy. With their headlamps on, hazard lights on and honking their horns they drove past every car and drove in the opposite lane facing cars from Kumasi. When I reach Santase roundabout, they had stopped alighting some of the passengers. The guys were in black "lacoste" shirts and caps. I took the registration numbers of one of the cars. It was GT**68/GT27**. I cant recollect it. I wrote it in my palm because I was driving. In deed if involved any of those drivers, however sad, I will say they deserve that.

Drunken driving! I guess there are no serious Driving Under the Infuence (DUI) laws in the country. Drivers can therefore go to funerals, consume as much alcohol as they can, jump behind the wheels, kill a number of people in an accident (including passengers in his vehicle and other innocent and sober road users) and what hapens is the whole scenario is treated like it is a normal accident. Not until proper laws are enacted and enforced to forestall the rampant incidence of drunken driven these unfortunate avoidable tragedies will continue to take place. This is a call for Law-makers and Law enforcement to please WAKE UP.

He called for the three men he trusted most his lawyer, his doctor, and his clergyman. He told them, "I'm going to give you each $30,000 in cash before I die. At my funeral, I want you to place the money in my coffin so that I can try to take it with me." All three agreed to do this and were given the money. At the funeral, each approached the coffin in turn and placed an envelope inside. While riding in the limousine to the cemetery, the clergyman said "I have to confess something to you fellows. Brother Smith was a good churchman all his life, and I know he would have wanted me to do this. The church needed a new baptistery very badly, and I took $10,000 of the money he gave me and bought one. I only put $20,000 in the coffin." The physician then said, "Well, since we're confiding in one another, I might as well tell you that I didn't put the full $30,000 in the coffin either. Sad indeed but we need to be more proactive than reactive.These accidents are happening everyday on our roads because we never seem to go to the bottom of these mishaps but shift blames to gods,old ladies etc.We need to wake ...

Sad indeed but we need to be more proactive than reactive.These accidents are happening everyday on our roads because we never seem to go to the bottom of these mishaps but shift blames to gods,old ladies etc.We need to wake up.Just go to funerals and see how alcohol is being consumed all over.Go to festivals or occassions and see how alcohol is being consumed.The people will even serve the driver themselves because they believe the driver can drive better when he has alcohol in his system.So be the judge here.The driver is drunk and the passengers are drunk so there is nobody in the car to caution the driver until they meet in heaven.Sad to read these mishaps but we can stop or reduce these mishaps if can at least open our eyes and wake up a bit if not we will continue more of these mishaps.Even the if you donot offer the driver a drink they will sometimes sneak to drink somewhere.We can do better and need to do better than this because the number way to end your life in Ghana is via accidents.May their souls rest in peace.
