Accra Hearts of Oak is seeking to overturn the results of 18 premier League matches played by Kumasi Asante Kotoko in 2012-2013 league season. Those said matches are fraught with irregularities, violations and malpractices. They are therefore petitioning the GFA to annul all the said matches. Four areas of various irregularities, violations, illegalities and frauds have been established
They have gathered enough evidence to suggest that the various match commissioners failed after the match to sign 15 of their report -sheets (ie form B) to the football secretariat or administration and so those matches should be annulled as irregularities. If the court upheld this plea the whole league should be replay as there would not be a clear champion.
Accra Hearts of oak is also challenging results of 10 matches played in some centers because after those matches the form B use by the match commissioners is duplicated. Thus the match commissioners report form (form B) used at Kpando sports stadium bears the same serial number as form B used for the match in the Kumasi sports stadium. So those 10 matches should be nullified as an irregularity and violations.
In consistence with the laws of the game Accra hearts of oak is again pleading with the court to declare as null and void the results between Kumasi Asante Kotoko and RTU played at the Kumasi sports Stadium (Kotoko 4 – RTU 0). After the match, the report sheet generated by the match commissioner showed Kumasi Sports Stadium as having been written as (Ksi Sports Std). This stadium does not exist and it’s the creation of the GFA period and it’s fraudulent. If these results are annulled Accra Hearts of Oak will top the league table and be declared as league Champions for the 2012-2013 league season.
Hearts of oak is again pleading to the court to annul 16 matches played by Kotoko. In those matches, the match commissioners in their report after the matches indicated two or more players than 22 players as having played in those games. Officially football is played by 22 players anything more is overplaying and less is under playing. Any game that showed more than 22 players as having played the match must be nullified.
Moreover in some instances the match commissioners in his report after the match did not indicate the color of the jerseys worn by the opposing teams which opened the floodgate for cheating. The Board of directors argues that whether the extra players came from the bench as substitutes or whatever that is not their palaver. The box there on the form indicates total no of players on the field and not how many players played and must have completed as such. Those entire matches should be annulled. Accra Hearts of Oak is ready to RULE Africa. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In some of the reports, match commissioner did not write number of players played and that means zero players played in the said match and it’s overplaying. So results must be annulled

When you are not a part of a challenge your blows often deflect as immaterial at each aiming cast against a target because you dont belong to the fray. The NDC has not been accused of anything : it is the EC and Quashie-Iddun's sweat to wipe off some foreheads.

I read the following exerpt from a discussion group :

Tsatsu's problems:

Facts: he does not have any facts. His client (NDC) has not been accused of anything. Only the EC can address the issues raised by the petitioners. NDC cannot expain why there are Overvotes, GROPAAvotes, under-the-table votes, etc.

Witness: he faces a witness who has studied the issues more than he has. Bawumia also appears smarter, younger and sharper. Tsatsu is right in describing Bawumia as Dr. Pink Sheet.

Experience: he is not a trial lawyer and does not understand election law. Further, He has been away from the teaching of law for decades.

Preparation: he lacks preparation. In too many instances, he is being coached by Lithur as to how to ask questions and even tender evidence.

Purpose: his cross examination is purposeless. Evidence of that is taking over 5 days. Lawyers who know what they want, go in ask those questions very quickly and are done. This is Ghana but nowhere else will a Judge give you 5 days for one witness, when the average trial last 5 days.

Assumptions: his assumptions about cross examinations are almost at the layman's level. Every trial lawyer knows that not every mistake by a witness is probative. But he is spending days pointing out exhibits that have been mislabelled after Lithur had spent days on the same issue. In most jurisdictions, the Judge would have said, let us relabel the exhibits and move on. But here we are on the 9th day of talking about labelling, which has nothing to do with the issues.

Etiquette: in cross examination, you only ask questions that you know or can predict the answers. You get rid of good witnesses as quickly as possible. You quit as soon as you have made your key points. Tsatsu does not know these basics or he has forgotten them. He has asked too many questions that has allowed Bawumia to score easy goals. He has not recognized that Bawumia is smarter than he is, which has allowed Tsatsu's emptiness to be exposed for 5 days. And he cannot quit because he has not scored any goals (see expectations).

Expectations: he is laboring from unreasonable expectations. Of course, in Ghana we create too many luminaries and expect magic from them. Then the luminary puts himself under pressure to meet the unrealistic expectation. Tsatsu is stressed, his questions are laughable, the got you moment that he wants for his fanatics will not come and he continues to look for it. He continues to look for that elusive goal.

Anytime, Bawumia says "Yes" to a question by Tsatsu, or admits to mistakes in filing the pink sheets, they assume Tsatsu has scored a point. What they fail to realise is that the judges have to make inferences from the questions and the answers. In most cases, Tsatsu and the NDC lawyers are trying to suggest that everyone makes mistakes. The question the judges would be asking and finding proof for is whether someone benefited from the so-called errors of the EC and whether the errors were so significant as to affect the outcome of the results. Fed with heavy doses of daily propaganda, the half-witted NDC supporters are simple incapable of logical reasoning.

The reason for cross examination is to punch in holes in the testimony of the witness and one of the smart ways is to ask the same question again sometimes in a different way to see if the witness will contradict his earlier statement which is exactly what Mr Tsikata is doing but NPP knowing very well that the man has succeeded in making their so called star witness to agree with Mr Tsikata on many issues he raised are making all effotrs to destroy the man who is punching holes in their so called evidence.

What you wrote here may make sense to you and the likes but the fact is if a witness agrees with counsel that there are errors in his own evidence it is a victory for that counsel who cross examined him.

Why you guys in the NPP not wait for the Judges to rule on the case but have been going round telling the world you have won the case forgeting that most people are watching the proceedings,is it another way of claiming victory before victory is declared by the entity require to do so only to turn around to say you have been cheated if the victory does not go your way?
Why you guys cannot behave in a civilized manner to allow the Judges to do their work if you knew you have evidence to overturn the election something even a DD person will not think will happen,are you guys so dumb to believe that with those minor errors that had no effect on the overall results the Judges will overturn the result to make Akuffo Addo president of Ghana?

Your communication team members need to do some psychological work to know that Asiedu Nketia not smiling on a particular day does not mean he was angry with Tsikata and let it be known to them that we have all be watching Asiedu Nketia to say that the man does not come out every single day smiling as they want us to believe and also they should know that the man cannot be smiling if nothing makes him to smile.
The fact that you NPP people are not saying anything about the other lawyers including your own who was advised many times by the Judges to teach his client how to answer questions in court but only Tsikata who is making your witness to admit to the dubious evidence they claim they have shows how jealous you guys in NPP are of this man and it is a shame.

Let me assure you that Akuffo and Bawumia would never be president and vice president respectively of Ghana at least for now and I can put my dime on it.

In this case the EC has admitted, there was a administrative error. So that error is going to be looked at and strike it out. can not tell me it's ok for people to without verification.

In 90% of the time Bawumia concede the humiliating fact that the NPP smuggled in duplicate, triplicate and quadruple "pick sheet but only one was used for the analysis". Tsikata systematically and patiently ensured that Bawumia repeated this so that the whole world will know that the duplication was just not a one-off mistake but a systematic effort by the petitioners to mislead the court. At the end of the process Tsikata will sum up the number of times Bawumia has conceded deliberate efforts of the petitioners to mislead the court and Ghanaians with the so-called 11,000+ "pink sheets" they claimed have "gross violations"

Caretaker Mahama, it was alleged, used the mad lawyer to stop the petitioners' case at the SC, it did not work. James Quarshie-Idun abandoned his cross-exam of Dr. Bawumia at one point due to fatigue (or low sugar level in his blood-stream). Dr. Bawumia is still standing his ground. The truth will set you free, and I believe the petitioners have a good and legitimate case. The Lord is protecting them. Amen.

Folks, the NPP and its shallow minded legal team has finally fallen into Tsatsu's trap. when lawyer Amedzeku filled his applications before the supreme court, NPP counsel lawyer Addison was first jumped to his feet and raised objection for its dismissal on the grounds that he has not sworn proper affidavitt in support of his application. As a result his objection was upheld and lawyer Amedzeku's application was dismissed. Now most of the evidences and exhibits NPP submitted to the supreme court are duplications,triplications and quadruplications without commissioner of oath approved stamps thus not properly sworn with affidavit in support. QUESTION:Do you think the supreme court in its own wisdom would overlook these same loop holes in lawyer Amedzeku's application which is the same as that of NPP and rule in their favour?.
