I think you haven't read the above article or understood it properly. It isn't that the local contractors are lazy but the government does not pay them for work done. And if that is so how are they going to pay their workers ...

I think you haven't read the above article or understood it properly. It isn't that the local contractors are lazy but the government does not pay them for work done. And if that is so how are they going to pay their workers and for the materials and complete the contract on time? You should actually blame the government for all the delays. If the foreign contractors are subjected to the same ordeal they surely would not continue working. For your information the Chinese Company working on the Gas Factory in Atuabo had to stop working for some time because they were not being paid. Nobody is a fool to work and not being paid for what he does. I'm sure you're not either.

Ghana is an idiotland where the clowns deify the corrupt politicians and glorify their folly. An average supporter of a politician will prefer to be slashed and lashed in support of his adoring thief than face realities. An NDC supporter for example will see nothing wrong with himself/herself being a wretched victim of a system which siphones money from the state into the pockets of crooked politicians while national obligations like road constructions, payment of teachers and doctor's salaries take the back seats.

The idiots dont have money to govern yet they appear in court each day trying to persuade with concocted evidences that they must be granted opportunity to continue doing nothing because there is no money left to do anything anyway. THIEVES !!!
