Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now the only option left as they gape on and watch their star witness do one "mea culpa" after another is to object. Did I hear Dr Bawumia say "they were ready to make concessions on their evidence"? This was after admitting a series of errors, inconsitencies and plain forgery in their evidence. Interesting times indeed. Hate him or like him, Tsatsu has shown that great learning pays, and that the two first classes he obtained in the Law degrees were not bought with money, but by dint of hard work. Instead there are rules of evidence and civil procedure and counsel has a right at any time to object to any line of questions by opposing counsel which are contrary to those rules, It is up to the judges to sustain or overrule the objection and not for counsel to berate the objecting counsel for exercising his rights within the rules. My respect fro the so called venerable Tsatsu has diminished. His performance thus far has been average at best and to disregard courtroom etiquette epitomizes his frustration with the weakness of his case.

I would like Mr. Tsatsu to offer an unqualified apology to lawyer Addison and the Eminent Judges for his unprofessional conduct in court. This will bring sanity into the court as the hearing of the election 2012 petition progresses. I would also like to advise the NDC members to stop using the "lecturer-student" relationship as a tool to silence the counsel of the petitioners. All the lawyers in the court are learned colleagues, it does not matter whether one has a grey hair or not.

THE E.C'S RIGHT TO PERFORM ITS FUNCTIONS HAS BEEN PROVIDED UNDER ARTICLE 51 THROUGH CONSTITUTIONAL INSTRUMENT.THE USE OF BIOMETRIC VERIFICATION OR OTHERWISE CANNOT TAKE AWAY THE RIGHT OF A GHANAIAN TO VOTE.SO THE SUPREME COURT SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO TAKE AWAY THE RIGHT OF ANY GHANAIN BY CANCELLING ANYBODY'S VOTE IN THE ELECTION.

THE SAME TREND WAS FOLLOWED IN THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS. NANA AKUFO ADDO MUST BECOME PRESIDENT BY ALL MEANS.NOW THEY WANT TO USE THE COURT TO DO WHAT THEY COULD NOT DO THROUGH THE ELECTIONS.IF I WERE INTO SPIRITUALITY, I WILL KILL NANA AKUFO ADDO ONE TOUCH. I AM AN EWE.I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING THIS IDEA.IF HE IS TOUGH WE SHALL SEE THE ONE WHO IS TOUGHER.
