It's a very laudable initiative and we applaud the setting up of the foundation. We are also keenly aware of the machinations and moves that are being made to appeal to the sensibilities of the voter public, which ties in with some statements that have been made in some quarters, concerning preparations which are underway for an eventual runoff. It's all well and good, but we would suggest that, the NDC party attaches some importance to the intelligent quotient of the Ghanaian voter.
