This where the concentration must come from an not raising pure blames without any merit.

Teacher Rapes American Volunteer

Date: 07-May-2013

A SCIENCE teacher at Brekumanso, a farming community near Asamankese in the West Akim Municipality of the Eastern Region, is in the grip of the Asamankese Police for raping a 22-year-old American volunteer, who is a colleague at the Brekumanso L/A Junior High School on April fool’s day.

Frank Akamah, 26, played smart on his female colleague, who teaches Mathematics and Science at the school, when he invited her over for dinner at First Stop Restaurant at Asamankese, where he resides.

Sources close to the Asamankese Police Command told DAILY GUIDE that on that fateful day, after dining and wining, Frank Akamah played some delay tactics until such a time that it was too late for his guest to get a car back home to Brekumanso, where she lives.

Pretending to be concerned, Akamah willingly proposed that his guest (name withheld) could pass the night so they could go to school the next day, as it was rather too late to get a car to the village.

Realising that it was late indeed, she reluctantly accepted the offer but refused to share his bed.

Rather, she chose to make herself comfortable in a sofa in the living room.

The American volunteer, for obvious reasons, refused every attempt by Akamah to have her share his bed until the later gave up and went to bed.

However, while his guest lay in the sofa fast asleep, Akamah like a preying lion pounced on her for sexual favours, but that was not going to come easy.

The two science teachers got entangled in a serious battle until the stronger person won.

Akamah eventually had his way as his guest could not resist any more. So Akamah managed to satisfy his burning sexual desire.

Alas she asked to be excused to urinate as the washroom was outside the room.

She, however, ceased the opportunity to get on the next available bus to Accra where she reported the incident at the American Embassy.

She was hosted and taken to the hospital, treated and discharged.

After two weeks, when she had somehow recovered from the trauma, a delegation from the embassy stormed the Brekumanso L/A JHS where they arrested and handed Akamah over to the Asamankese Police for further investigation.

The suspect is said to have been involved in such illicit act with some of his students.

He has always had his way because parents were either too scared to report him to the appropriate authorities or settled the issues at home.

His cup, however, became full when he decided to do same to his Obroni colleague.

Most of his pupils, who had been his victims, are said to be exceedingly excited over his arrest and are waiting for the great day of judgement when he would be finally incarcerated for all the hurt he had caused them.

A police source said the suspect made his second appearance in the Asamankese Magistrate Court on Thursday May 2, 2013 and was remanded in police custody to reappear in a week’s time.

Folks, the NPP and its shallow minded legal team has finally fallen into Tsatsu's trap. When lawyer Amedzeku filled his applications before the supreme court, NPP counsel lawyer Addison was first to raised objects for its dismissal on the grounds that he has not sworn proper affidavitt in support of his application. As a result his objection was upheld and lawyer Amedzeku's application was dismiss...ed. Now most of the evidences and exhibits NPP submitted to the supreme court are duplications,triplications and quadruplications without commissioner of oath approved stamps thus not properly sworn with affidavit in support. QUESTION:Do you think the supreme court in its own wisdom would overlook these same loop holes in lawyer Amedzeku's application which is the same as that of NPP and rule in their favour?.Now the NPP is talking of a run off.Is it the same Afari-Gyan they alleged stole votes for the NDC going to supervised this run off election they are talking about?.

By the way when the NPP raised the objection to Amekudzi's 'nonsense' didn't Lithur, Quarshie-Idun and Tsikata also support the call to dismiss the 'amicus curiae'? With regards to your last question yes NPP expects the same Afari Gyan to conduct the 're-run' if any because the SC will exorcise that 'vote rigging' spirit that is haunting him. Tsikata is up on his feet. He says he has asked the witness to identify the document because it was not served on them. He says the petitioners have brought pink sheet exhibits in which results have been annulled in some polling stations over alleged irregularities. And on the basis of that annulment, they are asking the court to ensure further annulment of results from other polling stations in which the petitioners are alleging there were violations of the electoral laws. He says the witness in his affidavits indicated how his team perused some 24,000 pink sheets and so the respondents have every right to ask the witness questions pertaining to those pink sheets. "It is not about 11, 000 polling stations, it is about 26,000 polling stations," he adds. He further posits that the petitioners cannot seek to annul 55 per cent of votes for the first respondent and seeking only to annul 28 per cent of votes for the first petitioner. He says if the witness led in evidence that they had perused over 24,000 polling station results, there is no way the court can entertain this petition without looking at the 26,000 polling station pink sheets. He says this pink sheet is crucial to the testimony of the witness and must be allowed to be identified by the witness

Therefore, I suggest their decision defies common sense which is the bedrock of civil jurisprudence. The justices who made the majority decision acted politically not judiciary. Did you ever gave them(respondents) copies of the total number of 700 exhibits, you claim to have deleted from your evidence?

Teacher Rapes American Volunteer

Date: 07-May-2013

A SCIENCE teacher at Brekumanso, a farming community near Asamankese in the West Akim Municipality of the Eastern Region, is in the grip of the Asamankese Police for raping a 22-year-old American volunteer, who is a colleague at the Brekumanso L/A Junior High School on April fool’s day.

Frank Akamah, 26, played smart on his female colleague, who teaches Mathematics and Science at the school, when he invited her over for dinner at First Stop Restaurant at Asamankese, where he resides.

Sources close to the Asamankese Police Command told DAILY GUIDE that on that fateful day, after dining and wining, Frank Akamah played some delay tactics until such a time that it was too late for his guest to get a car back home to Brekumanso, where she lives.

Pretending to be concerned, Akamah willingly proposed that his guest (name withheld) could pass the night so they could go to school the next day, as it was rather too late to get a car to the village.

Realising that it was late indeed, she reluctantly accepted the offer but refused to share his bed.

Rather, she chose to make herself comfortable in a sofa in the living room.

The American volunteer, for obvious reasons, refused every attempt by Akamah to have her share his bed until the later gave up and went to bed.

However, while his guest lay in the sofa fast asleep, Akamah like a preying lion pounced on her for sexual favours, but that was not going to come easy.

The two science teachers got entangled in a serious battle until the stronger person won.

Akamah eventually had his way as his guest could not resist any more. So Akamah managed to satisfy his burning sexual desire.

Alas she asked to be excused to urinate as the washroom was outside the room.

She, however, ceased the opportunity to get on the next available bus to Accra where she reported the incident at the American Embassy.

She was hosted and taken to the hospital, treated and discharged.

After two weeks, when she had somehow recovered from the trauma, a delegation from the embassy stormed the Brekumanso L/A JHS where they arrested and handed Akamah over to the Asamankese Police for further investigation.

The suspect is said to have been involved in such illicit act with some of his students.

He has always had his way because parents were either too scared to report him to the appropriate authorities or settled the issues at home.

His cup, however, became full when he decided to do same to his Obroni colleague.

Most of his pupils, who had been his victims, are said to be exceedingly excited over his arrest and are waiting for the great day of judgement when he would be finally incarcerated for all the hurt he had caused them.

A police source said the suspect made his second appearance in the Asamankese Magistrate Court on Thursday May 2, 2013 and was remanded in police custody to reappear in a week’s time.
