Shamo, what you don't understand is that every election in Ghana since Rawlings time has been bogus. Just that no one took the trouble to scrutinize them. Therefore it goes without saying that Nana Addo's strongholds have as much problems as Mahama's. For that reason if the introduction of the new pink sheets go ahead, and there is a reason for Supreme Court to nullify votes it will affect both parties. That is exactly what the NPP lawyers do not want, they want to keep all their votes intact, while seeking to nullify some of Mahama's votes. So that they can take over the presidency, I think this idea is a smart move by NDC if they can persuade the court to allow all pink sheets to be presented as evidence.

Over voting, voting without verification, etc are the same whether they took place in Kumasi, Koforidua or Ho. who did NPP sought to fool by bringing only those votes from NDC stronghold and none from their stronghold when the same voting procedure was used for voting everywhere? You see, these fools are in shit. A gagantuan mess. By now the judges are laughing at them (NPP)knowing very well that they are gradually being trapped.

First and foremost, it is not true that NPP did not concentrate on where Mahama won alone. They submitted what they found including where even Akuffo Addo won.

Can any body on this forum mention just one constituency where Nana won for which the petitioners are asking for annulment? Get real and stop the spinning, it only piles up the agony. Are they being so magnanimous to deliberately ask the SC to do such a thing? What Tsatsu is doing now is to paint the NPP as dishonest, and acting in bad faith. They did pick and choose. When they come across an alledged irregularity, they throw the pink sheet away if that result favored Nana Addo. It is as simple as daylight.The best NPP could do was to have asked for a recount or audit of all 26,000 polling stations based on the findings of the few they have checked.That way their petition would have been genuine and credible. But their agenda was different, so they have to be subjected to strict proof. The SC has to know what happened everywhere in the country, not only places the NPP conveniently chooses for them.

Has it ever occured to you that all the pink sheets under contention are from the NDC strongholds? So Tsikata will now show him that he is being untruthful to himself cos in their own backyard that they refused to add those pink sheets similar 'irregularities' happened but they intentionally refused to add them, in order to make it look like the NDC colluded (as they claimed earlier but dropped in the real court case) to have such irregularities. Meanwhile, it stinks very hard at NPP strongholds. Whoever demands for equity muct come with clean hands!! Why did NPP refuse too add pink sheets from their strongholds? The deceit Tsatsu talked about in his initial submissions is what he is now seeking to prove to Bawumia and the court will now hold his neck to it, for setting out to deceive them to make it look such irregularities occured in only those areas of the pink sheets. Put up your thinking cups and remove the clots onn your eyes to rationalise and see better.

NPP really don't care where it was rigged, as long as it can be declared that there were massive irregularities in the elections, and the whole results canceled. REMEMBER, WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR A RECOUNT OF VOTES, we are looking for the elections to be cancelled. So if there was irregularities in Ashanti & Eastern regions, then fair enough, there was rigging & so the elections would have to be cancelled for it NOT BEEN FREE & FAIR. You people don't get it!!!!

Irregularities could have happen in Akuffo-Addo's house, it was still EC that was responsible for the elections and so they could have done something about that, however, they refused to do that, even after that has been pointed to them by NPP right after the elections.

So if there was irregularities in Ashanti & Eastern, it is still rigging and so the elections has to be cancelled & reorganized one more time. Mahama can't be declared a winner of a rigged elections.

He is absolutely right. In my opinion, there were no irregularities as we are being made to believe but rather very tired presiding officers some of who were awake from 3 am on the 7th till about 1 am on the 8 th of December. this makes it over 26 hours. How do you expect these people to fill the pink sheets correctly? I was once a polling assistant and i know what I am talking about. One thing I am happy with is that the NPP is not challenging the facts that votes were swapped from akuffo addo to Mahama but rather the mere filling of forms. They should go back and regroup for 2016.

The most significant lesson to be drawn from the election petition is that never again will a malevolent person or party be allowed to make gratuitous and unsubstantiated allegations against state institutions including the EC in respect of their stautory functions that they honestly carry out unless and until that party or person can adduce unimpeachable proof of his claim. Henceforth, professional litigants who revel in blaming the EC for their failures at the polls are hereby served notice: they have a burden to proof their case beyond a reasonable doubt or they must shut up.
Seeing Bawumia agonize before their lordships from the masterful performances of Lithur and Tsatsu and he resorting to lecture sessions in order to redeem the litle credibility left of him is, inddeed, sad. And i dare say that were Bawumia to know then what he knows now he probably would not have accepted to be involved in this case in the first place much less become a star witness.

The only reason the pardoned ex-convict, Tsikata, is going to question the validity of NPP ballots is to simply to delay the trial and buy time for Mahama to complete his first term. Tsatsu's repetitive line of questioning Bawumia all forms part of this trial-delaying strategy. Indulging in pointless legal theatrics is where Tsikata's "genius" lies. He subjected the nation to nothing else but a legal circus during his corruption trial. The judge in that case was unimpressed and rightly dispatched him to Nsawam where, thanks to the deal between K4 and Mills, he escaped the full weight of his sentence.

The NDC folks seem not to understand the reason for the petition. It will be of help to the petitioners if they also find more irregularities and violations of election rules. It will strengthen the position of the petitioners that the election was not fair and so should be held anew. Their malicious minds think the petition is personal. I understood it right from the beginning to mean Ghanaians should strive to do the right thing all the time and move away from mediocrity. It willbe great if the NDC also finds violations. Then the whole eklection will have to be declared null and void and President Mahama will have to vacate the seat for credible elections to be held. Backward NDC people do not understand this to be the basis for the petition.

NDC is now admitting to the fact that the 2012 election was marred with widespread irregularities, violations and steaing of votes after all. If they are to challenge the election results, then my question is, who are they protestiong against? Did NPP conduct any elections? You see how stupid you have been for this long time, claiming that the elections was free and fair? So now the lawyers have accepted the NPP petition that the elections was not free and fair but rather, there are numerous violations and mulpratcices that took place apart from what the NPP had earlier on complained? Oh NDC, you see how stupid you can be? Unless the fools don't understand what they themselves have said in court lately, it is quite evident that Afari Gyan is in hot waters and must be jailed instantly. I'm saying so because even the 3rd respondent has confessed that the elections was not free and fair.
