The opening paragraph states, “I came to serve; I have finished my time here on earth and have moved on to everlasting rest and celestial duties with my heavenly father.”

The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

This guy is so stupid that he cannot remember that Tsikata taught him in school to become a lawyer and if he think Tsikata is a stone age lawyer then he is worse than Tsikata since the stone age lawyer was his professor who taught him to be a lawyer.
If this BAIL BOND LAWYER really knows what is expected of a lawyer and knows lawyers go to court to win cases but not because somebody took 3 days to cross examine a witness so others must follow suit.
Which law book did this idiot read that tells him that in a cross examination one cannot repeat the same question he asked earlier and who told him that if a lawyer takes 3 days to cross examined a witness every lawyer must do the same?

Don't we have some students who have gone ahead and achieve more than their Teachers?

One of my Teachers in Secondary school did not even have a Bachelors degree who graduated from Polytechnic and is still teaching in Secondary school but I have gone ahead and have a Masters degree. I will respect my Teacher who taught me the commerce subject in school but that does not mean when we meet know and start talking about the world economic situation, I should not challenge him if I thought he is wrong in his explanation of some trade policies around the globe.

From the day NDC through Tsatsu served notice to join this case, NPP have not had a day's sleep. Their effort to block NDC went up in flames. Their effort to block Tsatsu in court from cross examnination likewise was still born. So their last strategy is to resort to insults to distract him. What else can account for a nonentity like Sir John also trying hard to bite at the wonderful reputation of a brilliant lawyer par excellence with his cancerous teeth? The more they insult, the more Tsatsu tears their so called iron clad evidence into smitherens. Lets I forget, Bawumia was asked what happens when a bank checque has a different amount in words than in figures. His answer as predicted was the checque is annulled, like pink sheets. What a dishonest person. The author of the checque is asked to write the figure corresponding to the words and sign against it. It is the amount in words which holds sway, as it is less likely to make an error in words than in figures. Bawumia misled the court, however the judges would verify from accepted practice and not Bawumia's answers.

As a lawyer, Sir John failed to realized the import of Tsatsu's introduction of a pink sheet fron Asokwa. Whether it's part of the exhibits or not, that line of argument clearly demonstrate the element of bad faith on the part of the petitioners.
My advise to Sir John is that, they should start organizing themselves for the next general election. Time is running out and NPP should decide whether Nana will be their candidate or there'll be a congress to elect a new candidate and also they shouldn't forget Afari Gyan is still the Commissioner.

They are now seeing their stupidity which all along does not follow logic. If EC connived with NDC to rig the elections based on the mistakes on the pink sheets then the ones in NPP strong holds blows the NPP case away. This Tsatsu has just used NPPs own evidence the shred their case into pieces a genius he is. No wonder they were scared and continue to be scared as every minute he is there more damage is being done to the NPP case. The judges are getting the message he wants to send to them one by one.
