Maybe you have the crystal ball to tell us that the figures in Bawumia's analysis are wrong and as such figures were duplicated. So far Tsatsu has shown that some of the exhibits have been quadruplicated, and we've all come to accept that. However, the guy (Bawumia) insists nothing in his final analysis has been duplicated so you can find 'nanoplicates' of exhibits but none appears more than once in his final analysis. What then is this waste of time by Tsatsu and co. to move straight to the 'final analysis' to show the whole world that yes indeed the guy is LYING. Secondly, in law what Bawumia & co. have done with the duplicate, triplicate and quadruplicate exhibits is termed 'PROCEDURAL ERRORS' and those are not grounds for 'annulment' or throwing out a case. If it were so then the only conclusion we can all come to is that Tsatsu, Lithur, Quarshie-Idun and all the 9 SC judges are a 'WASTE" and a disgrace to the legal profession for not knowing basic law. Think for once abaaaaaa!!!

He made his NDC people think he is a "walking encyclopedia", meaning he knows the law better than any lawyer and also because he taught some of the lawyers on the opposition side. But this case has shown that he is not that great lawyer as people may think. He may be good in teaching law but not good in courtroom. He was lecturing the law in the courtroom. His presentation is/was poor. He appears confused and frustrated.

1. Dr Bawumia's field of study was and is Economics. Economics does require competence level in statistics but the level of statistical knowledge cannot lead to Dr. Bawumia being crowned Ghana's foremost expert in statistics. What happened to all those other yahoos walking the streets and university hall claiming to have earned PhD in economics?
2. NDC gurus are yet to figure out that Dr. Bawumia is bluffing. Dr. Bawumia has already perjured himself in court by insisting that duplicated pink slips would not affect his sampling methodology. Anyone with memory and understanding of these court proceedings know that it was a week into Dr. Bawumia's cross examination that he was forced to pare down the number of polling stations the NPP had submitted as problem infused stations. Dr. Bawumia had already made his calculations and submitted exact numbers of vote that must be disallowed, in his estimation. Ask anyone with common sense knowledge in statistics and they will know that Dr. Bawumia's number cannot withstand scrutiny after he had paired down his listed problem polling stations. For him and or any Ghanaian to continue to rely on his proclamations does imply the incompetence of Ghana's talking head and the minimal understanding of Ghana's so-called experts.

Bawumia, you come across as a shady and evasive person not forthright with answers. When JJ was before a panel for treason he absorbed the other officers and accepted blame and responsiblity, knowing very well he could well end up on the stakes. This "you and I were not there" mantra by Bawumia got too irritating, no wonder he was warned to grow up as an adult witness. You engaged and paid polling agents for the very reason that you could not be at every polling station. Get it? Now what about this? Bawumia said they could not get pink sheets for 2,000 polling stations to complete the total of 26,000 during their research. Sad Tstasu left him get away with this without nailing him right there. He went on to say that they had covered 272 out of the 275 constituencies. Well so how come they could not find the remaining 2,000 polling station pink sheets? Does this make sense? Is he saying that the 3 constituencies left accounted for 2,000 polling pink sheets? How can pink sheets for only 3 constituencies add up to 2,000? Which super constituencies are these? This BAWUMETRICS beats my mind. Can some one solve this equation for the rest of us? Dr Pink Sheets is being forced to the point of absurdity.
