Proven to the world that, if Dr. Bawumia, the petitioner and his two amigos are claiming that there were widespread irregularities as well as rigging, then why concentrate their findings on only the NDC strongholds or where the NDC won the most and let go of the NPP areas in their writ before the Supreme Bench? In essence, why not dispute the results of the whole 26 thousand plus polling stations if their so-called widespread allegation is something to go by.

In fact, what Tsikata is doing is to simply give Dr. Bawumia and his two amigos enough lasso to go hang themselves stiff. But, the bench of NPP together with their yahoo fool-soldiers don’t seem to get it and will never ever get it hence their twist and turning before all. Now, any wonder why Justice Atuguba tried blocking Tsatsu from introducing any more new pink sheets to potentially bury Bawumia alive in that witness box? Well, your guess is as good as mine!

Bawumia has shown and proved to all that it is always better to speak the truth than to lie. He has made so much mess of himself and has caused so much damage to his image even internationally through his very unfortunate stand he took during this trial especially during the cross examination. My question is what is Dr Bawumia, a personality of such high standards in our country, what is he trying to teach the youth and our children? That they should be economical with the truth, that they should be dodgy and play tricks, be circumventing direct answers, play tricks, pretend not to seeing what is obvious and pretending to see non-existent figures. Is this the legacy he is leaving for our children including his own? This is a disgrace for our dear nation as we are telecasting all this to the whole world.

Wha is their soul purpose, to question and question him till he gets tired and quits. As lawers were they taught to be repetive in order to gain victory. It is evident that these floolish lawyers have been asking the same questions over 13 days in as many different ways as possible. EG. What are the irregularities with the pink sheet? Then two days later they would ask, Where there any irregularities with the pink sheets? same flippin question in a different way. This is a form of torturing tatics used by FBI CIA MI5 in places like Guantanampo bay torture base. You all seen terroist movies where the person captured is repeattedly asked the same shit in so many different ways that it fly their mind and eventually they say what the otheres want to hear. The truth is that Tsatsu's introduction of pink sheet from Npp's strong holds is not strenghtening the npp's case but rather it means only two things 1: to let every body know that what they are calling irregularities also occured in their strong holds so if that serves as bases for anulment of votes then those ones too must be anuled. 2: To make the whole world know that they are not honest because they were only fishing out faults from NDC strong holds period!

They claim they had access to only 24,000 pink sheets and 11,138 had those allegations. If we all want the truth let just scrutinize the remaining pink sheets aside the 11,138. This legal ranting of those sheets not part of the evidence is neither here or there. A pink sheet is a pink sheet. They were used in the election 2012. Only those trying to hide something will prevent its introduction. Please let see what happened in totality. That is why there is TV coverage. You can run but you can't hide.

There hasn't been a perfect election any where around the world,even the western world whose democracies stand the test of times are not immune to election problems.The Supreme Court wil not annul the 2012 election as called for by the NPP petition, because it is not their duty to do so and cannot rely on any precedent as no such precedent exist. It is the people and for that matter the voters who can change a government. What is going on in the SC is just a formality to satis fy constitutional exigencies if any. I wonder why the NPP did not question the competency and truthfullness of the EC under whose supervision the party won two consecutive elections. Folks don't get me wrong; I am for an aggrieved person to seek equitable remedies in court as per the constitution when an election is fraught with irregularities and falsifications, but not to do so under frivolous pretence.
