4. How did NPP that claimed they discovered Ghana oil manipulated to give 5% of the oil to 3 of its members and give a token of 13% to over 25 million citizens of our poor country!!

So therefore if the petiotioners think they have a case, they should have scrutinised and put before the court every polling station that matters and not be selective.

If you in a court of law, and a new evidence emerges, should the court deny hearing you out because adminstratively you should have presented that new evidence earlier on?

to me this clearly show that NPP is looking in to only one part of the case which favour them. NPP is not telling us the truth that they want the whole world to believe. We the NPP supporters we should try to change Dr.bawumia and NANA ADDO. NPP was a great party but what is happing now is showing that we cannot even trust anyone or our party elders.

As far the SC court is concerned, there was one election covering 26,000 polling stations, which generated 26,000 pimk sheets, and no party can prevent them from seeing all these. The Law of evidence does not limit one to only the evidence tendered or propmised to be tendered in court. There are no new pink sheets at all, they are the ones NPP conveniently chose to ignore in their fishing expedition.The pink sheets from all 26,000 polling stations are available on demand from the EC. So what is the beef of the NPP? Are they no longer seeking to make the whole process democratic? Or only in NDC strong holds? The SC would not base an important decision like this only on partial evidence. The NDC would open the can of worms in their strong holds too. No body is preventing the NPP from going for additional pink sheets from wherever they choose, afterall that line of argument by Addison did not hold water and Tsatsu was allowed to tender in the pink sheet from Asokwa. There would be no ambush. The NPP would be given as many days, weeks or months, even a year if they so wish to study these so called new pink sheets so that a very fair decision could be arrived at by the SC. What is good for the geeze is also good for the gander. This election can never be based on the results of two regions.

Our Courts have the reputation of ruling serious cases based on sheer technicalities, especially in many cases involving the NDC Administrations. While I applaud the Resort to the SC for final judgment on the Elections, the issue at stake is just too important to rule on

Give me a break. Such cacophonous noises would not take the NPP beyond the Achiase forest!!! Why block or attempt to block if there are "substantive evidence" at your disposal. Don't the law courts need the "evidence " you gonna block!!! NPP must rethink fast in the court. There is a shock awaiting in the offing for the Petitioners!!! Tsatsu will like to cross examine the so-called 1st and 3rd Petitioners and we will see the substances they are made of!!! Our Democracy doesn't need blocking but rather its growth and total development. Can the NPP meet Tsatsu at all a[part from standing and raising unreasonable objections against the one who really taught most of the NPP lawyers the anatomy of law - jurisprudence, etc!! Ghana deserves more than this shoddy business and mediocre efforts to stall our development agenda!!
