Don’t be fooled Ghanaians. I have followed this case and I am surprised the case is still going on. NPP could not prove collusion, fraud or manipulation.in any case the errors in their affidavit are more numerous than what is on the pink sheet. If they really mean business they should have called for a total recount of all the ballot papers which are the first legitimate demand of most election dispute. But because from the bottom of their heart they know there was no rigging. They are relying on these minor administration errors to escape the wrath of their supporters having promise them so much. Because tribalistic politics NPP supporters whether in denial or too timid to confront their leaders for tangible answers about their defeat. Google Canada 2011 election report and you will see that these errors are common practice in every election even in the so called advance world how more Ghana where those who perform poorly at O' Level are the people absorb into our training colleges who became our teachers and then the various polling agents and the election officers who we all know could not complete a simple form. Having listened to this petition I feel sorry for Afari Gyan for what NPP have done to his reputation knowing very well that no rigging took place. According to the evidence presented as at now I feel God should have mercy of NPP leaders Thank God the whole now have all the facts and fictions of this election dispute.

Tsatsu knows very well that adding up the figures of pink sheets in the exhibits of the affidavit or petition will add up to the 11,842 but am sure he had checked physically the pink sheets and observed that they do not add up to this number even though that is the claim of the NPP in their petition. So the fact that the addition carried out on the figures mentioned in the affidavit or petition does not defeat Tsatsu's case. In fact it is stepping stone for Tsatsu to compare that figure that is now certified by the additions with the actual count of the pink sheets presented. This is what is going on and i wonder what the writer of this article sees as exposure of Tsatsu or Tsatsu's being mathematically challenged. This article is said to be coming from the NPP Communications Directorate - I think they are being unfair to the general public especially their followers. Are we all watching the same Telecast???? Sometimes I wonder.

The NPP mis Communication Directorate and the Daily Guide are the most useless mouth pieces one can come across. They do not see what is in the horizon. The judge totalled what the petitioner had in his affidavit but does that match the number of exhibits submitted. They swore on duplicates and triplicates. The Court went on recess and immediately theu rushed out this press release as if it matters to the court what this bunch of idiots think. They would not even wait for the day to end.

Common understanding of what is going on at the proceedings is just not there and so how can they explain to their less privileged followers. They continue to throw dust into their eyes and making them believe something significant in their favour is coming from this trial. Tsatsu want two figures to be compared. One from the tallying of figures in the Affidavit in the petition and then the other from the physical count of the actual pink sheets from the so-called 11,842 polling stations to see if they match? Tsatsu knows well that the total from the addition of figures in the petition or affidavit will be up to 11,842. But am sure that he is sure that the physical count of the pink sheets will not be up to that figure. And that is where he is going to build his next arguments on. Shallow minded people can never see through these things and they will keep complaining that Tsatsu is springing surprises on them. Little minds!!!. Poor Souls!!!

Tsatsu has just handed the petitioners the victory! Why, NDC has conceeded that there were errors. They (NDC) have spent the past two weeks trying to argue that thte the errors are not significant. Remember the chargde the Supreme Court is going to establish? Whether the errors are significant enough to to affect the out of the election.

To call for a count of affidavits in court, only to have a justice confirm on camera to all Ghanaians that there were indeed 11,842 pink slips means that by NPP calculations, the millions of votes the are asking the court to throw out will be thrownout. Those votes were tallied based on the 11,842 pink slips and Tsatsu out of nowhere has established that those 11,842 pinks lips are in the hands of the Supreme Court of Ghana.

Is John Mahama paying attention to what just happened in court today?

EC/NDC have lost the case! Nana will either be handed the presidency or there will be a runoff. Either way Akuffo addo is set to be the president!

Tsatsu requested this to be reconciled with the head count of pink sheets to test the credibility of the star witness. Tsatsu never disputed the total sum of the numbers of exhibits submitted i writing. It is the physical one that he has a problem.

I think Ghana has a problem with fruitful Man-hours on jobs done. How can a SUPREME court of Ghana waste good time repeating the one-thing over and over days, counting and re-counting, putting-to and re-putting to the SAME question over and over. Oh my God!

Some mathematically challenged folks when u are teaching them maths and u leave a step out,they get lost.The same happened today.Bawumia said there are about 6000 sheets with same serial numbers that should be categorized into an exhibit but unfortunately some of those sheets have more than one peculiar problem e.g. one sheet can suffer over-voting,no signature,same serial number.So in classifying a sheet like this in it's various irregularities,u must make three photo copies before u can put one under o.v,no signature and s.s.n.So in order to avoid repetition of sheets that will result in a whole volume of sheets,they sorted those that has only single problem at one exhibits and those with multiple problems in a different exhibit but still they can compliment for the other irregularities.

We once again applaud the work our most esteemed Justices of the Supreme Court are doing in order to bring this matter to a successful end and ensuring that the mandate of the masses is respected.
We are aware of all the machinations that are being employed to as it were delay this case unduly. Ghanaians are counting on our most esteemed Justices of the supreme court to nib in the bud these tactics which has the potential of delaying the court case thereby, denying justice in this rather contentious case. Ghanaians are very much aware of the malpractices, outright violations of the law, irregularities and serious omissions, which were carried out in this past election. Ghanaians are counting on our esteemed Justices to settle this matter fairly and firmly so that the exact mandate of the masses, would be respected. That is the true essence of a democracy which is underpinned by the rule of law.

Those JSS students of Tsatsu cannot and will never out do their Boss!! Take it or leave it!! They are afraid and cannot argue anything in Jurisprudence which Tsatsu has never lectured on before!!! NPP, your empty objections are exposing your weaknesses!!! Tsatsu, observers are worried. Expunge more holes in their quadruplication of their exhibits and the so-called pink sheets!!!
