TSATSU ASKED FOR TWO THINGS- one was the obvious which the justice on the bench answered (11,842), something Tsatsu also knew. Now the second has been granted n the result we're yet to know n that is where the thrust of tsatsu's case lies. this was what Tsatsu requested and i quote;

"I respectfully… apply to your lordship at this stage [that] we have two counts one simply an addition of all the exhibits he [Dr.Bawumia] himself has identified to have attached to his affidavits and the second count of the exhibits that were received by the Registry in respect of the affidavits of the second petitioner... in the interest of justice.”

After the switch was done the defendant's attorney was tipped off. He subsequently went to court and demanded the re-testing of the evidence (the coke). Tsatsu seems to be using the same play book.

If there are so concerned about how clean the process is, they would have asked, right at the start of the case in the pre-trial hearings, for an independent audit of ALL pink sheets, from all 26,000 polling stations.

I share your opinion: that Atuguba is being shrewd throughout this case, but discerning individuals can EASILY read his BIAS against the PETITIONERS. Amongst his comments and rulings, the last statement from him that confirmed my suspiscion was when he "JOKED" with Bawumia's famous "manually" and "electronically" generated pink sheets analogy, apparently trying to appear to "warn" both sides on the use of unacceptable language in the court.

Besides, when Tsatsu Tsikata shouted "shut up" to Mr Addison, Tsatsu should have been REPRIAMINDED by the jugdes, and INSTANTLY, especially the leader, Atuguba, since what Tsatsu said was not only an insult to his opponent, but equally insulting to the judges and the court they're presiding as well, because in the law court everything said is indirectly addressing the judges. So, why should they permit Tsatsu to ridicle the court with impunity?

Mr Atuguba is trying so hard to be seen as impatial but his instincts are giving him away watching him from a distant: he cannot be smarter than nature!! I DO NOT TRUST HIM SITTING ON THIS CASE: His prejudice is cristal clear for discerning citizens to see. He MUST be CAREFUL and be IMPATIAL by using the FACT and the LAW in judging his rulings, because this case is very important for Ghana's way forward: A precedent.

If Afari Gyan committed a blunder and wrongfully declared Mahama as President and the law is explicit on the consequences, the judges MUST go by the dictates of the law. On the other hand, if the petioners over-voting and other discrepancies are facts ( as even Tsatsu has pulled a pink sheet from Asante region to prove it), but those flaws did not impacted on the results of the election and it's PROVEN, then the status-quo should remain.

But so far, Atuguba looks and sounds suspicious and bias even as much as he tries to keep it from being detected. He has nothing to lose if he let the FACT and LAW before him take precedent over his subjective leaning!!!!

I thought Bawumia was on her side, and frankly, although my low estimation of the man is in the public domain, one thing you cannot fault him for is effort, on behalf of a party which appears to have put him on the block.

She should be supporting him, not condemning his tribe at this critical juncture!!! I am also quite sure that Nana Addo would not have survived the level of scrutiny and especially the technical aspects of the arithmetic analysis we have seen so far.

Otherwise I will say that she is grossly brainwashed, overrates herself and as I have indicated elsewhere in the past, if she continues with her vitriolic fascist postings, I will have no other choice but to alert her employers to the fact that they have such a fascist in their midst who is dangerous to those she claims to teach.

I personally do not defend positions or persons on tribal grounds or for tribal reasons. I do it purely because I am anti-tribal and want to see us play fair as GHANAIANS in the 21st Century.

The case is being played out in court and in the 'open' for all to follow and the judges have been fair to all sides so stop complaining.

Let us allow them to do their job and the law to take its course. If you want democracy in Ghana and you call yourself a Ghanaian, then let us all focus on doing things right. By the way why do you call the president "Alhaji Mahama" when the man is not a Muslim let alone Al Hajj?

What amazes me is that, when the pink sheets were delivered to the Supreme Court Registrar, I believe that this would have been counted and again NDC would have also count at the point of receiving, and if they were short NDC would have alerted the registrar immediately, but this didn't happen so if in case there is a shortage, who will believe NDC. In my opinion i think if really there is a count and it is proved that the pink sheets were not up to the number NDC is objecting to, whose fault would that be. Can it also be possible that Asiedu Nketiah and his accomplishes could also duplicate the pink sheets for it to deceive the public and assume that because of the duplication or multiple copies, it made the whole senario looks like, what they are claiming is correct when in actual sense, they deliberately did it to deceive the public in suport to their claim of incorrect pink sheets delivery.

Tsatsu and his team are smarter than Justice Bonnie so they countered each sheet one-by-one and caught the lying and deceitful Bawumia and his team. Right from Day One Oyi Lither raised the issue and it is clearly stated in the affidavit of General Mosquito that the number of pink sheets were less than 11,000. Tsikata systematically and repeatedly compelled the musing Bawumia to echo his popular refrain that he personally countered every sheet and ensured that they we up to number. I rest may case until the final outcome of the audit. Truth and untruth don't argue.

Bawumia insists that even though they all have different codes, polling station names and presiding officers, these are irregularities and all the votes have to be annulled except those in the Ashanti and Eastern regions which he did not have time to analyze.

What kind of judge allows so much leeway to a counsel during cross-examination? Why didn't he tell Tsikata "you have 2/3 days more or whatever, and you can repeat yourself if you like, but after that, no more cross-examination?"

It is simple ARITHMETIC. If out of the "CORRECT" figure established by the the NPP is 11,800plus and the witness in chief has agreed that there were duplications, etc etc, then what Tsatsu Tsikata is trying to do is use Bawumia's "sworn affidavit" to debunk his case, because he refers to the sheets singularly and severally.

In law, if for example you claim A B and C are so so and so and it is established that A B and C are the same, then, that is very serious, because, it is seen as trying to mislead the court and that is what Tsatsu is gradually trying to do.

One does not need to be a ROCKET SCIENTIST to understand what Tsatsu is trying to do to Bawumia.

Apparently Atty Addison has seen it, that is why he is vigorously objecting to Tsatsu's line of cross examination and demands.

Furthermore, Tsatsu has in a very sly or witty way exposed Justice Baffoe Bonnie as being complicit in agreeing that the NPP figure is right which puts the Judge in an UNCOMFORTABLE state if it is established that the figure is not right.It is obvious prima facie the figures would not match.

I am an NPP sympathizer and I can say this is the best thing to do. Without counting the pink sheets, how will they confidently pass judgment? I am sure they will continue to sustain alll such requests by the NDC because the burden of proof lies with the NPP. Now if after satisfying all these requests there is still the evidence that the election results were tampered with through these irregularities, nobody can dispute their ruling. How would you feel if they don't sustain such motions and then in the end rule in favor of the NPP, won't that be questionable? I am extremely confident the NPP came to court well prepared. Unfortunately, dishonest tsatsu is bent on wasting all the time.

Don’t be fooled Ghanaians. I have followed this case and I am surprised the case is still going on. NPP could not prove collusion, fraud or manipulation.in any case the errors in their affidavit are more numerous than what is on the pink sheet. If they really mean business they should have called for a total recount of all the ballot papers which are the first legitimate demand of most election dispute. But because from the bottom of their heart they know there was no rigging. They are relying on these minor administration errors to escape the wrath of their supporters having promise them so much. Because tribalistic politics NPP supporters whether in denial or too timid to confront their leaders for tangible answers about their defeat. Google Canada 2011 election report and you will see that these errors are common practice in every election even in the so called advance world how more Ghana where those who perform poorly at O' Level are the people absorb into our training colleges who became our teachers and then the various polling agents and the election officers who we all know could not complete a simple form. Having listened to this petition I feel sorry for Afari Gyan for what NPP have done to his reputation knowing very well that no rigging took place. According to the evidence presented as at now I feel God should have mercy of NPP leaders Thank God the whole now have all the facts and fictions of this election dispute.

Anyone can claim to have done an analyses and trumpet it. What is needed to proof your case is the evidence(Pink Sheets) you have submitted to the SC. That is why you can lose a case even when you are right.Infact there are a lot of questions that will beg for answers should it become clear that the pink sheets are not up to the 11,842. If npp's pink sheets did not reach all parties involved in the case must come out with new affidevit before case continues with diff. cross examinations. Even if it is one pink sheet that will make up the number. Wiked!

Don't you know law. Even simple criminal cases can carry for 2 to 3 months in US where you live much less a case with 11,000 + exhibits

I'm sorry if they didn't count it, then they have already made a mistake. How could you receive something so important and not make sure that the number of pink sheets tended as evidence was correct? Oh Ghana, Ghana, Ghana. They are all liars. None is truthful. They bend the rules to please their cronies. This is what happened to afari dwan and I hope the supreme Court judges are not going to do the same by accepting bribes. If they do, I bet you God will punish them so severely they will never forget. So the warning to them is just be careful in order not to be swayed by prejudices.

4.lack of candor in examining the probative value statements made by Counsels
In my opinion, I think,a competent panel of judges would have wrapped up this case by now---no ifs & buts.

No objection from NPP lawyers has been sustained since Tsatsu started his cross examination, not even "SHUT UP" the bench is about to lose its credibility for the whole world to know the stuff Ghanaians judges are made of.
There's no history to be made or a case study to be inked in the law books.
Just watch and see what comes out. Its NDC and the Law of twist.
