Don’t be fooled Ghanaians. I have followed this case and I am surprised the case is still going on. NPP could not prove collusion, fraud or manipulation.in any case the errors in their affidavit are more numerous than what is on the pink sheet. If they really mean business they should have called for a total recount of all the ballot papers which are the first legitimate demand of most election dispute. But because from the bottom of their heart they know there was no rigging. They are relying on these minor administration errors to escape the wrath of their supporters having promise them so much. Because tribalistic politics NPP supporters whether in denial or too timid to confront their leaders for tangible answers about their defeat. Google Canada 2011 election report and you will see that these errors are common practice in every election even in the so called advance world how more Ghana where those who perform poorly at O' Level are the people absorb into our training colleges who became our teachers and then the various polling agents and the election officers who we all know could not complete a simple form. Having listened to this petition I feel sorry for Afari Gyan for what NPP have done to his reputation knowing very well that no rigging took place. According to the evidence presented as at now I feel God should have mercy of NPP leaders Thank God the whole now have all the facts and fictions of this election dispute.

I already made my comment on this simple case which does not need to be transformed into an incident.

As for me, Mr TSATSU does not have any reason to apologize to somebody who does not respect himself but expects iothers to respect him.

Let's be honest to acknowledge the fact that to interrupt somebody who is speaking at that level is not proper and civilized. Do not confuse with express an object before you raise your case.

Addison kept doing this since the beginning of the hearing and nobody stopped him. so he thought he had right to dictate his will to others.

Well done Mr TSATSU.You did not commit any fault. So don't apologize to anybody. in Africa we respect elders and you are apparently older than this arrogant self-proud Addison. He is behaving as if Ghana belongs to him and his party.

The basic rule to observe when somebody is speaking is to let him finish before you come in. Addison was doing this without any regard to others. Let him stop coming to the hearing if the condition for him to proceed with the hearing is the apology from Mr TSATSU.He won't have it.

Anderson is not a gentleman the reason why he was peeved when he was told can you shut up. I worked in the civil service before and it is a place where even the Director gives respect to the Messenger who is a senior in the service. However I am not sure if that is the case in the Legal Profession.
Anderson came close to calling Tsikata a jailbird, but Tsikata unlike Anderson did not cast pearl at swine. I am sure NPP members and their supporters know what a swine is. I like Tsatsu Tsikata because he has proved that he love Ghana that was at a time when I was opposed to the PNDC and later the NDC. However in 2002 the NPP disappointed most of us when the issue of patriotism crops up, they were not up to the task. So it was the issue of one swift against another in the past, and now the swifts are flying in unity.
