And if you care to know, unless errors are discovered and corrected, the truth that we all wants cannot be revealed. If it is the truth you want and nothing parochial, then allow the process to go on. Never raise any objection when you don't know anything about what is best practice in court of law. Instead, use this process to educate yourself properly about the law.
Whether or not there were statutory violations would be determined by the same judges you are not allowing to do their work by your pronouncements. What the respondent's counsel has argued all along and hence the repetitive and boring questioning, is that the duplicates and triplicates are not just multiple copies but have been labelled and given different serial numbers to make them appear as different from the originals. Hence the need to go through them lot by lot or sometimes individually rather than package them all as one and address with a single question applicable to the composite. The opposite counsel obviously is uncomfortable with this forensic scrutiny. For those interested in sensational headlines, the legal nuances of this case are like jewels before swine. They have not got the foggiest idea of what is going on and yet they come up with insults.

The case before the Supreme Court is that, the EC entered into dubious marriage with John Mahama led NDC and rigged the 2012 Presidential election in favour of Mahama. Simple put!
11,842 pink sheets or short of 3,337 is neither there or here? The question the EC and their criminal NDC associate must come clean is, was there any votes rigging involving over voting and non verification which were all against the rules of election and therefore unlawful?
Enough of the pink sheet wasteful tactics nonsense and can't bring myself to belief why the Supreme Court allowed the auditing of the pink sheet in the middle of the case when they had in their wisdom to avoid any delays in this historic trial, ordered that all parties serve the other with sworn affidavit with their questions before the commencement of the case. Simply put but wide off the mark. Mr Addison in his opening remarks did not allege electoral fraud. There is no proof of that hence the abandonement of the SDL allegation.
When people were voting without biometric verification, My Agyarko did not raise a hail of protest. He assumed that all the votes were going in favour of the NPP so he asked them to celebrate . The NPP did not ask their polling agents to refuse to sign the pink sheets. It was only when the NPP lost that the biometric verification became such an irregularity as to be injurious to the petitioner. They are not asking for the non biometric verification votes to be deducted from all the candidates (assuming that all candidates benefited) but the entire votes cast at the polling station to be annulled.

Is it not what the Petitioners are trying to prove that massive irregularities occured during the elections? If the NDC Lawyers are now admitting that over voting and other irregularities occured during the elections, does it not conflict with the Electoral Commissioners insistance that, the elections was the fairest or the best that the EC has ever conducted and there was no irregularities? Is the NDC Lawyers not throwing the EC under the bus for conducting an election with massive irregularities? The "MASSIVE IRREGULARITIES" are words used by the NDC own lawyers not me and if they have admitted to massive irregulaties, does it not make the elections Null and Void? I just don't understand how the NDC Lawyers think but even if they can prove that irreguularities occurred in Ashanti and Eastern Regions, it was the EC who conducted elections in those regions and not NPP and that will also not prove that it was the NPP that benefitted from the irregularities in those Regions because NDC received more votes in Ashanti Region than all the regions apart from Greater Accra region and more likely those "KULULU" votes in those regions benefitted Mahama more than Nana Akuffo Addo. Will you even hire these NDC Lawyers to defend you in a traffic court to get your traffic ticket dismissed?

The petitioner isn't asking for the election to be rendered null and void. He is asking for 4 million votes to be annulled and to be declared president. Very simple, the court may be considering tainted evidence, and someone trying to lie to them, if that is the case then the court may have to throw out the entire evidence if the court cannot sort out which of the evidence is not tainted. The sorting out is what the court has started with this count.
Bawumia and company should have exercised due delligence and not proceed to court with evidence that has become questionable. In Akan we say "ketwese na ennye dodoowurawura". A word to the wise is enough.
