That is relatively small for the whole of Africa. In fact, we looses more than half of what we get . It must be at least 3digit figure in the billions.
Just imagine what Ghana has lost under the P/NDC 25yrs rule.No wonder Rawlings and his friends are so comfortable.

This is just the amount lost through tax evasion, secret deals and money laundering by multinational companies. It does not include the losses you are talking about. It doesn't even include what the politicians steal.
