What do you expect? This was/is a road financed by the Bagdad Butcher George Bush whose hands are tainted with blood; no wonder the road has recorded an untold number of bloodsheds since its completion.

At least two people were severely injured in a pile-up involving eight vehicles on the N1 highway. THE RATE OF ACCIDENTS ON THIS 1 PARTICULAR HIGHWAY IS UNIMAGINABLE. THIS HAS BEE DIVERTED FROM THE MOTORWAY TO N1. JUST PUT MORE POLICE OFFICERS ON THIS HIGWAY WITH SPEED CA,ERAS TO SPOT OVERSPEEDERS. SUCH UNRULY MOTORISTS WILL BE SPOT FINED 30 CEDIS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT AND A TICKET WILL BE ISSUED. IF THE MOTOROISTS HAS AN ISSUE, THEY CA GO TO COURT AND CHALLENGE THE TICKET. IF THEY WIN THE CASE, THEY GET THEIR MONEY BACK. IF NOT, THEY WILL PAY AN EXTRA 10 CEDIS FOR THE COURTS TIME. THE POLICE OFFICER WHO ISSUED THE TICKET AND CLAIMED THE SPOT FINE MUST ALSO BE PRESENT IN THE COURTROOM. IF THE MTTU/POLICE ARE NOT VIGILANT, THEN SUCH ACCIDENTS WILL CONTINUE.

The highway between Los Angeles and California usually has 8 lanes either way. Yet, one hardly hears of accidents on the highway. The M-1 from London to several cities in Northern England including Birmingham, Manchester [M1 branches into M63}, Leeds, Nottingham, Stoke and Blackpool to name a few have at least 3 to 6 lanes each direction.

Again, one hardly hears of accidents on the M-1.

In my opinions, it is the people that drive like ANIMALS, coupled with malfunctioning vehicles that cause the accidents on the N-1 highway in Ghana.

Conscientious and right thinking human beings know how to obey and respect the law when driving, hence less accidents in many developed countries. When will Ghanaians learn to respect and obey TRAFFIC LAWS?

I meant to say the Highway between Los Angeles and San Francisco.

California is a State in which L.A. and San Francisco are cities. Please accept my apology for that and thank you for pointing it out.
