Bullying is wrong and should not be tolerated. If the children of these so called witches are being stigmatized by the other children the authorities should put an end to it.Discipline should be instituted to check it.
It is not right for things like this in modern society.
Anyway who proclaimed those people as being witches? The government should intervene and stop this stupidity.
The solution is not to isolate these unfortunate children but the practice of stigmatization should be stopped. And those women in the camp should be intergrated in to society by the government or aid agencies giving them some training in some vocation.

The answer is no! This is rather another age old tradition of abusing the womenfolk. The truth is that in these communities men whose wives are getting old and they want to marry a younger woman will delibrately accuse their wives of witchcraft practices and at times in order to justify their accusations will either go acquire charms and attack a member of the family and even go to give money to fortune tellers to say that the act was carried out by the woman they want to get rid of from the family and before you know it the news has spread in the whole community and they will gather together and banish her to witchcraft camp. Then the man will quickly go and marry a younger woman. Even in many of those communities, polygamy is allowed. When the men marry the younger women and if for any reason the younger woman suffers miscarriage and any misfortunes whatsoever, automatically the older wife is fingered as the cause let alone the husband dies oh the woman is the killer! The man's relatives will quickly single her out and banish her and remarry their late brother's younger wife or wives. It is unfortunate what women go through in such uncivilised communities. Take this as the true stuff on this issue and that is why men are not banished as well into some camp.

There is no sickness or disease which can be compared to ignorance. Satan thrives on people who are ignorant or negligent.
The key to overcoming this is through knowledge which comes from the father of celestial light in whom there is turning of shadows.
Even Christians do not study the Scriptures in a way that they ought to, their understanding of Biblical passages are marred by their traditions, and that is why the enemy capitalizes on situations.
Satan/demons also believe in the existence of God and they tremble. Your authority to overcome the enemy is to recognize who you are in Christ Jesus, cum your Faith, knowledge and the grace that the Lord has given you to exercise your will. In anycase knowledge is paramount in all things.
Satan(and demons) are thieves(John 10:10). They Kill and destroy.
These spirits often they will need your permission to carry out their diabolical acts. It was through the disobedient of Evil and hence Adam that the enemy came and exercise his will on humanity.
However, Christ has come to reverse everything, so that we may retake what belongs to us
It is up to the individual to come to the knowledge of this Truth. Let no one deceive himself or herself by thinking that he/she has portion in this inheritance if Christ is not acknowledged or honored for who HE is as clearly written/ in Scriptures, for whoever is not of Christ is none of his.
Since the fall of man(due to sin), fear, guilt, shame and insecurity has been the struggle of mankind since time immemorial, and man has been doing what he can to reach out to his creator. Because of the spiritual blindness in man it was always easy for man to fall prey to the devil, through all kinds of religious practices whether you want to call it African/Asian/European/American etc traditional religion.
The flood came and Noah and his family survived. Eventually, Abraham was called from his father's household of idolatry. God's covenant with Abraham continued with Isaac and hence Jacob(Israel). The Jews were the custodians of the sacred commitments of God, and God made the a nation of Priests and Prophets all in preparation towards the blessings that was to be extended to humanity. All those prophets wrote about Jesus Christ, until the time was due.
When Jesus began his Ministry HE confronted demons and cast them out. The manner in which demons enter remains uncertain, nevertheless, Jesus pointed out that sin is one of them.
Prior to the coming of Christianity, our forefathers had all been involved in idolatry under the umbrella of African traditional religion. Only God knows the sacrifices made and the words spoken on the alters of their idols. The invoking of the names of the idols and continuous sacrifices open the doors for demonic influences (Ex 23:13, Chron 16:26, 1st Corinth 10:20)
Family, clan, village idols/shrines still exist today, and the pride in the so called African religious practices still continues, with libation being poured and sacrifices being offered(read entire Jeremiah 44 )
When demons are provoked under the power of the Holy Spirit, they manifest, and they do leave the individual without a fight. Christians and non Christians may manifest.
A person manifesting is not necessarily a witch, although a witch also will manifest. In anycase they can all be set free.
Never make a mistake of inquiring from a Fetish as to whether a person is a witch or not. The Fetish priest himself is an idol worshiper and he is the one who is the witch(wizard).

We are all vulnerable one way or the other. Self deliverance involves avoiding sin, perseverance in prayers which is effectual through fasting. The Christian should appropriate the promises of God in his Life in his/her prayers. In particular, appropriating the blood of Jesus in his/her for washing and cleansing.
A demon cannot comfortable reside in the believer. We are to resist the devil and he will flee. It is important to exercise a very disciplined Christian lifestyle; Fellowship and be committed to the reading of the scriptures and develop an act of prayerful lifestyle and being sensitive to the Holy Spirit.
Remember that God has not given you a spirit of fear, but love sound mind and power.
A deliverance minister has to be very discerning, and grace is required to discern demonic spirits. When demons are being exposed that is when they put up a fight. When the demon is cast out in the name of Jesus, the individual is set free. The person will actually experience this freedom, subsequently if there had been struggles in every area of his/her life in the area of certain limitations this will also come to pass with time.

If any of them is young enough to work, Government should fasttrack them into a vocation. If this is done it will take only a few years before senseless superstition is replaced by reasoning.
