  this is the smartest doctor in the system. I am highly recommending him,
  he has said it like it should be said.
  A hospital cannot function effectively without community involvement.In otherwards if you are the district chief executive and you get a stroke, he wants to make sure they have the right equipment and staffing to deal with this.
  In essencepeople should not sit on their tails and expect the limited resources of Government to take care of the whole community. He is addressing community self reliance.
  This is a very smart doctor, his suggestion shoul open the gateway for community
  involvement in alleviating the health needs and suffering of his community .
