What has Kofi Annan done for anybody to deserve all this your foolish hype?This man was raised to the highest honour on this planet but he did nothing to help his continent, his country or his tribe except to allow his son to steal from the poor.

Sometimes I wonder why Fantes only think about themselves individually. A Fante seldom helps another Fante, they prefer to help other people. Whether you pretend or not, Ghana and global politics works on affiliation. It does not mean you must favour only your people but you must favour some.

Both Afrifa and Acheampong helped some Ashantis, JJ helped a lot of Ewes, Mahama is helping a lot of Northerners but when it came to Nkrumah, he ignored his people. Atta Mills did the worse for Fantes, he rather packed and worshipped Ewes who eventually lied and killed him. Even JJ, himself an Ewe was disgusted.

Does being patriotic mean you should ignore your people who are also part of the nation? Fantes, be smart, try to help some of your people when you get into power. Don't just gather a few greedy bastards and sell yourselves to Ewes or any other ethnic group. You cannot continue to boast with Takoradi which is not even a Fante town but Ahantan.

Judging from your inexplicable and narrow-minded defense of a man who undermined another African (Boutros Ghali)by accepting to stand in as an African stooge of the UN Secretary-General position after the imperialist lobby had managed to oust Boutros, clearly exemplifies the point.

It would be great if you could back your support for Kofi Annan with concrete evidence of useful achievements for Africa commensurate with his position during his tenure of office as the head of the UN.

When Boutros refused to comply with the evil machinations of the West, the imperialists planted Kofi Annan there as a willing stooge so that they could comfortably and without any meaningful resistance go and invade Iraq and take over their oil installations under a puppet regime.

For this and many other unforgiveable lapses, history will tear Kofi Annan into bits. I can assure you that you haven't yet heard half the story of the man Kofi Annan.

And finally, if you are really called William go and find out how to spell your own name. That's how daft you are.
