Everybody in the world can understand English to some extent. Many people especially immigrants in America play ignorant when they get in trouble with the law, but oh transact business with them that involves a whole lot of money and even Akans in Accra will suddenly know how to speak Ga.

If no interpreter can be found, just let him rot in jail till he starts to speak English or Ga, since he is in an Accra court. I know a few Asian, Spanish and African women who pull this "no spreeky engrish" thing on law enforcement all the time here in the US.

The court can legitimately subpoena the consul of the Chinese Mission in Accra to help the hearing.

I want to help you with little stuff about Amartey Quaye/Kwei.Basically Kojo Tsikata never framed our man Amartey, it was Amartey'' own move of retaliation against those judges who presided over their strike case at GIHOC at Tema, where the strikers including where sacked and lost their work.

The head of GIHOC by then was that Major Acquah and the 3 judges were the presiding judges who Amartey and the rest of the strikers became angry with because they believed the judges were biased in their judgement.

Honestly Amartey lived the rest of his life with bitterness and lack of money to take care of his children, so with the coming of the PNDC he joined and he took advantage to revenge against the people I mentioned earlier. Kojo Tsikata never tried to kill anybody. It is good to call a spade a spade.

In politics there is too much bitterness so people like to call people names. Tsikata never killed our Amartey.

Once again what a disgrace and shame. Only an uneducated Ghanaian will not understand and hence will not be much bothered with the statement that there is no interpreter in the court to take care of the interpretation.

They, the NDC and NPP are both useless parties full of irresponsible people only loaded with their so called degress from Ghana universities where their parents worked things out for them and they obtained all those show off degress.

What I have observed lately is that they have shown their low mentalities in the areas of governing a nation by showing only deep interest in going to court to settle their useless to nowhere case like the country is one of their acquired properties;- thier built mansions, 4x4 suv, etc.

I am still wondering if they really are aware that no students have been sent to China to study Chinese. Kufour was there for 8 good years while Atta Mills 3 years and over. These two governments dealt with the Chinese involving heavy money capitals and why are we hearing there is nobody in the whole Ghana to do the interpretation at our court.

Fellow citizens, it is not late, let's talk about these deficiences in our national administration so that we can make a head way in areas of development since China has a strong economy, and there is doubt about that reality.
