This hopeless Fire Madam does not understand the import of the fire insurance. Insurers do not promise that fire equipments are adequate, they only give the promise to pay compensation if fire causes damage.

The most effective way of extinguishing fires is the installation of sprinkler systems in all office/commercial buildings.The Fire Safety Officer needs training with Fire Dept of New York (the best in the world)which has Ghanaians as Fire Protection Inspectors.
