Enjoying the comfort under the indemnity clauses which they smuggled into the 1992 constitution to cover their arses for the crimes against humanity visited on Ghanaians, they find any Ghanaian who doesn't belong to the notorious dirty criminals(ndc)as an alien in Ghana,who must be subjected to denigration,blackwash,calumniation, calumny, defamation and traducement.

For the Dzelukope mafia,the only way out to keep the rest of the population in bondage is to use the only weapon at their disposal i.e. divide & rule tactic.

So they keep inciting the gullible ones in the country against any political entity which is a threat to their machinations by calling the NPP an elitist Akan party or Akyem/Ashante mafia.

The issue under discussion is simple. The Supreme Court Judges must be accorded the due respect by all. But as long as they are humans they are prone to making errors. I see a problem here in so far as many of these people struggle to distinguish between raising concerns over a decision or conduct and directing an abusive word to the persons of the distinguished Judges. If it's a problem of getting the import of issues the writer has raised the advice is they need not rush to draw any hasty conclusion.

"Even though, Mr. Kwaku Baako on record is a school drop-out, and completely bankrupt in quantitative analysis, the New Crusading Guide’s Editor-in-Chief wants the world to believe that he is in a better position to interpret the law than those who have spent years studying the law - and helping in its interpretation, as far as the judicial process is concerned".
Does this mean if you dropped out of school for sometime, you can never reason? Many people in Ghana and in fact the world over had to drop out of school for various reasons but have bounced back to do better than some who had uninterrupted school time.
You talk about the substance or issues at stake and not the length of the presentation. Clearly as the good Book says 'by the fruits, you shall know the tree'.

Just consider this: When the court regisrar took the pallets of pink sheets to the EC, the EC immediately contacted the registrar to complain that they had been short changed! This presupposes that the EC had taken audit of the consignement. Sure enough, the registrar obliged by topping up what had already been supplied, after which the EC stayed away from the court registrar's office. Meaning that the EC were happy they had got the whole 11,842 as declared on NPP's 'waybill'.
One would have expected that the NDC would do the same, especially since cousel for the three respondents were in constant correspondence and may have heard about the EC's short changed saga!
Now, if after several weeks, and well into proceedings using these same pink sheets, the three respondents gang up to demand an audit because they are all now claiming that they have been short changed, even a student at Level 100 Law School would want to know from the EC how they got a second short change before deciding there should be an audit. This is not just timidity but ..... just hold on for the right expression....... Gaby's mouth no bi gun! Neither is Kweku Baako's. The judges are ...... something!

Why begrudge Kwaku Baako? He has etablished a fact as all over the world, conventional practice has it that rulings from the Supreme Court donot make sense to the ordinary mind. Noteworthyly, sometimes legal minds are even confused by pronoucement from the SC and one must carefully understand the mandate of the supreme court before commenting on its pronouncements. What Baako fails to understand is that Law is a profession and has its rules and regulations. The beauty of the law is that quick fix will always results to future calamities. Baako is ordinary and has no requisite knowhow to comment on pronoucement from the SC. The interesting fact is that Law is a profession and connot, I repeat camnnot, be an occupation. It is difeerent from journalism which can be both a profession and occupation at the same time. The import of my post is the explain that one can study engineering at the university and practice journalism as an occupation but to practice law you must be called to the bar with a relevant certificate in LAW, nothing more nothing less. Let it be with Baako, the chopbar lawyer.Bye
