Here is a person without any stability either in personal or public life. And without any sense of family or culture either, he engages in disrespectful, derogatory swipes at his older sister in public - all because of an affliction of pathological sibling rivalry.

The Supreme Court case constitutes an admirable and proud advance in our democracy. A precedent has been set already. Even if the case is not won by the petitioners, future Presidents will think twice about rigging elections in Ghana. Yes, Kwame Nkrumah's Ghana is not like any other country! But Sekou is too damaged to realize that.

It is becoming clearer that if there were any errors, they were administrative and it is the extent of such errors and whether they affected the overall outcome of the polls that is the key issue in court.

The notion of one man 3 votes is rather precisely the type of wrong analysis that your 'superbrain Bawumiah seems to have done and that is why there is an audit of the pink sheets. You ought to be very careful you guys.

We are all Ghanaians but if some of you think the country belongs more to you, then it's a great pity. By taking the route dictated by the rule of law, inefficiencies could be unearthed that would serve as tools needed to plug the holes in our electoral processes in the future.Kicking the can forward because of impatience would only protract deficiencies in the way we elect our representatives.

If we do not correct the error of election inconsistency in Ghana now we shall have endless problems for hana to descend into "Anarchy" as in northern Africam countries. We are better off wasting time than wasting human beings in Libya, Egypt Algeria,Ira and ;Syria.

Oh no, that would be a major error that must be avoided! It may be expensive even convoluted and impregnated with all sorts of unfriendly permutations but Ghana would be richer at the end of it if truth is established or otherwise by the Supreme Court and pure justice is pronounced.

Let truth and justice therefore prevail; we should not curtail the wheels of it! Stopping it could present a wider and more complicated electoral form to fight another day.

They knew they were not going to win the election as Mills had brought Obed Asamoah and his supporters back to the NDC so they claimed through the imperialistic, colonial and useless former president kuffour that the formation of the special forces was a plan by Mills to rig the elections. When they realised that Konadu Rawlings had been disqualified, they got to accept reality and that is there will be no second round as the Konadu faction will be giving Mahama at least 1.2 percent extra to defeat the bush NPP party since both Mahama and Akuffo Addo will poll in around 49 percent each. Now they are just wasting time with the idiot of a doctor who sets up a spreadsheet and labels columns and rows of what he believes are zeroes, over votes and all forms of assumptions to mislead his own lawyers and finally deceive GHANA AND THE WORLD AS A WHOLE into accepting his version of events although he was not an eye witness to any of the said malpractices. All the information you have in your analysis is what you believed are on the pink sheets but so far that is not what we are seeing in court as you seem to have your own interpretation of the pink sheet rather than the producers and owners of the sheets so how can your analysis not be rigged? If you have mistakes in your affidavits, labelling, duplications and so forth, then there is 99 percent chance that your analysis has mistakes, duplications or multiple duplications and biased criteria to make your presentation look good but full of lies with a desperate intent motivated by evil thoughts to wrest power from a legitimate government.

My question is from where come this big mouth in Ghanian politics? Where was he, when the 1979 coup and revolution was taking place? This guy has no resambrance of his father. You don't think Sekou is entitled to speak his mind as a citizen of Ghana, who has been pursuing his own aims and agenda, irrespective of his origins as the son of Dr Kwame Nkrumah? An inheritance he even rejected? But as such, any statements he makes is of public interest, just as the actions of the children of famous people, stars, personalities in various spheres, etc. in the world are followed by the paparazzi, as in happens in the civilised world.

Ok! Let us say he is not the son of Nkrumah but he is a PhD holder and is supposed to be not only an academic (he teaches at Legon, I heard) but an intellectual. Whereas the mass of people in his position hardly make any public comments on issues in the country. Sekou does. Whether we like what he said or not is quite another matter.

Personally, I think he is just a sell-out ideologically and is no heir to Nkrumah. Read somewhere sometime back that the heirs to Isaac Newton [his ideas] are not those who share the closest genes with him but those who have continued in his foot prints by pursuing his scientific methods in making meaning about the universe!

The party is center-right, its leading rival being the National Democratic Congress (NDC). It supplied former president John Agyekum Kufuor. At the elections, held on 7 December 2004, the party won 129 out of 230 seats. The NPP candidate was John Kufuor, who was re-elected president with 52.75% of the vote. The party symbol is the elephant and the party colors are red, white, and blue.

In Ghanaian general election, 2008,the NPP candidate Nana Akuffo-Addo lost the presidential election in a closely contested runoff, with Akuffo-Addo receiving 49.77% of the votes, versus 50.23% for John Atta Mills, the NDC flag bearer.

I wonder if you guys are really watching and being sincere in your analysis of what is going on. If there is a fight and you want to please yourself by saying you are beating your opponent whiles you have your back on the ground and pinned down by your opponent then you are just one big joker. The issues being worked on by Tsatsu is attack on sincerity, credibility, fairness, and integrity of the petioner and in this case Bawumia. Yes of course, to the gallery, Bawumia is giving cheeky and robust, and macho answers and show of bravado in his answering but we all could see how economical he has been with the truth so far. What is going on inside Bawumia is not what you see him showing outwardly. Even sometimes despite his effort to keep up the spirit he shows distress and worry but quickly makes up to please you his admirers. There is no need daring Tsatsu on the analysis now because he has not got there yet. The issue is how skewed the selection of the so called polling stations with the so called irregularities have been. The judges are not stupid and this is case that has its own characteristics. NPP coming to court with pink sheets from polling stations which Mahama won and deliberately leaving out polling stations where Nana won but with the same type of so called irregularities that the NPP is complaining about already creates a big dent on the credibility of the Petitioner in this Bawumia in the dock. The court is there to be fair to Ghanaians as a whole and not to NPP or NDC. So the Supreme Court is interested in the totality of the case and its credibility and merit. So you see it is not about some analysis or own created data base ......with your skewed selection that is going to win this case. There is lot more to it and additionally there will be the determination of whether the so called irregularities are anything worth considering as having had anything to be called rigging or whatever and which had any effect on the results declared. Gentlemen, it is not as simple as Bawumia thinks and banking his hopes on the so called analysis is a complete self deception and too simple minded thinking by this Dr Bawumia of yours. Sorry for you.

If yes, then is it better to spend your tax on developmental issues like the SC case that will ensure that our electoral system is enhanced than self imposed John Julor Drossmani Mahama and he 40 thieves stealing the money? We need to save this Sekou guy from going completely crazy if for nothing at all for the contribution of his father towards national development. Nothing will be so painful than to be a very intelligent person but to have a stupid person or an idiot as a son. I am very sorry for Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.
