  How can a law that was used by your colonial masters still be in use after independence? I always pity how non-commissioned officers of GAF are treated by the commissioned officers. Go to US and see how NCO's relate with Commissioned Offrs. Gone are those days where NCO's are perceived to be uneducated. The qualifications and certs. of most NCO's in Ghana Armed Forces nowadays is better than most Offrs. RIP Pt Vincent Ohene-Ntaadu.
