I wonder if you guys are really watching and being sincere in your analysis of what is going on. If there is a fight and you want to please yourself by saying you are beating your opponent whiles you have your back on the ground and pinned down by your opponent then you are just one big joker. The issues being worked on by Tsatsu is attack on sincerity, credibility, fairness, and integrity of the petioner and in this case Bawumia. Yes of course, to the gallery, Bawumia is giving cheeky and robust, and macho answers and show of bravado in his answering but we all could see how economical he has been with the truth so far. What is going on inside Bawumia is not what you see him showing outwardly. Even sometimes despite his effort to keep up the spirit he shows distress and worry but quickly makes up to please you his admirers. There is no need daring Tsatsu on the analysis now because he has not got there yet. The issue is how skewed the selection of the so called polling stations with the so called irregularities have been. The judges are not stupid and this is case that has its own characteristics. NPP coming to court with pink sheets from polling stations which Mahama won and deliberately leaving out polling stations where Nana won but with the same type of so called irregularities that the NPP is complaining about already creates a big dent on the credibility of the Petitioner in this Bawumia in the dock. The court is there to be fair to Ghanaians as a whole and not to NPP or NDC. So the Supreme Court is interested in the totality of the case and its credibility and merit. So you see it is not about some analysis or own created data base ......with your skewed selection that is going to win this case. There is lot more to it and additionally there will be the determination of whether the so called irregularities are anything worth considering as having had anything to be called rigging or whatever and which had any effect on the results declared. Gentlemen, it is not as simple as Bawumia thinks and banking his hopes on the so called analysis is a complete self deception and too simple minded thinking by this Dr Bawumia of yours. Sorry for you.

Tsatu Tshikata is simply failing to understand the analysis done by the petitioners, and that explains the numerous repetitive and irrelevant quehis attention to the fact that stions he is putting to the counsel for the petitioners. Earlier in the session. he has requested that the petitioners pink sheets should be arranged in such a way to facilitate his understanding, but the court drew
his attention to the fact that the information sought by counsel for the third respondent has actually been provided and what Tsatsu needs to do is to carefully examine the submission from the petitioners and glean through them with the view to extracting the relevant information. Tsatsu wanted everything cooked for him and all that he needed to do is to use it in his cross-examination.

The session has been boring and it is quite obvious that Tsatsu is simply buying time with his pattern of cross-examination. The bottom line is that no matter how long, the SC sits, the truth will will eventually come out for all Ghanaians to see. NDC's campaign of deceit and misinformation will not work in this particular court case. Time will tell.

The genesis of this trial lies in allegations of electoral fraud which the NPP made to the EC asking for the declaration of the results to be delayed. The NPP alleged over padding of Mahama votes in Dome Kwabenya and Sulengugu and the involvement of an Israeli company in the manipulation of the transmitted results. They were asked to go to court to prove electoral fraud.

Now they have abandoned all their allegations of electoral fraud upon which they incited their supporters to cause civil unrest and are now alleging "irregularities" including over voting, voting without biometric verification, no signatures and duplicated serial numbers on pink sheets to ask for the annulment of over 4 million votes so that Akuffo Addo can be declared President.

The so called analysis is no complicated computation. All it says is if there is an "irregularity" of any kind all the votes in that polling station have to be cast aside. So if there is no signature of the Presiding officer on the pink sheet the results must be annulled even though there is no law which invalidates the results. That where two pink sheets have the same serial number the results have to be annulled even when there is sufficient information to identify that polling station as a unique one where no electoral fraud took place.
That , where the presiding officer does not count destroyed ballot as valid ballots issued, over voting has occurred and all the votes have to be annulled.
That, in his analysis he did not COME ACROSS the pink sheet from Asokwa and other such places which if properly analyzed could probably mean that the percentage vote he awards to the first petitioner may not be what he claims in his petition. He expects the Supreme Court to recalculate that for him.
Bawumia's analysis is no analysis but wishful thinking. He has not proved electoral fraud in the slightest but claims he is speaking the truth.
Did people who voted without bio metric verification have the constitutional right to vote? Which law says that any such vote will be declared invalid? Was the biometric verification meant to prevent multiple voting or to prevent people from voting at all cost. The EC is mandated to hold free and fair elections not perfect elections. If you subject every election to an audit you will find administrative errors but you cannot on that basis allege electoral fraud or irregularities so injurious to your preferred candidate.

For a petition that has been amended several times and padded up with duplicates, triplicates, quadruplicates and PARLIAMENTARY PINK SHEETS, it seems a bit rich for Bawumia to think that he has done a good job.

Christ, am a little surprised at the conduct of the Supreme Court as questions asked by Tsatsu demands only a yes or no answer. This idiot is allowed to just spew all garbage . Christ, tell Bawumia we do not need his analysis, the evidence provided is already been analyzed by the court and an audit by KPMG will further confirm so he should shout up about his analysis, he can cross check it later to see his mistakes.

How disingenuous is it to declare in one breath that "you and I were not there" and turn around to imply that the hard-working, party faithfulS who got up early and sacrificed their safety and possibly regular livelihoods to stand in for you and your party were simply 'too stupid' to appreciate or understand what was happening at the polling station, albeit your lackadaisical approach to their training.

Maybe, the silver-lining in the on-going supreme court deliberations is that serious political parties will begin to take seriously the preparation and training of their polling agents since "you and I will not be everywhere". The morale of the story is that elections are won or lost at the polling station and not on rally grounds, I will also suggest to you that one party obviously over-prepared for the battle than the other.

This wishfully hoping that just by a stroke of luck or technicality, a panel of nine judges will overturn the declared results and throw the sanctity of a nation into disarray is just that - wishful thinking, or what in American football is known as 'Hail Mary' when at the last second of a game the ball is thrown to the end zone by the losing team in desperation, hoping that it will be caught for a (score) touch down, or a low-probability pass attempted at the end of a game when a team is too far from the end zone to execute a more conventional play.
