Mills avoided many of the slips and mistakes pepeni has made. he has deeped the divisions and championed tribalism , ethnocentrism , ministers based on nepotism and favors rather than on merit and competence , lack of understanding of the majority and sidelining majority participation in favor of a minority . has not tackled corruption thus enabling it to take root right down to the secretary and body guard level. marginalized national interest in favor of petty cash deals for his selfish interest . advocated for abhorring gay perversity and homosexuals influencing the society. participated and has given protection and refuge to all his cronies who have robbed the tax payer and the wealth of the nation depriving future generations any chance of prosperity . has not been able to facilitate an environment that creates jobs , boost the economy with prudent macro economic strategies and implementing solutions . the list goes on but for now we all conclude pepeni is a miserable failure and we are heading on a fast train to war . ndc is wise to rethink if this is the future they should secure for their children. maybe wisdom will prevail though i doubt it with all the deeply entrenched ewe hegemony , northern tribalism mixed with islamic mentality ,corrupt southerners with shallow greedy motives . in short a club of the worst caliber of Ghanaian s. if the supreme court does call for a runoff soon we all know the country will fall apart.

Mind you, such overrulings are not important factors to arrive at the final verdict. Tsatsu is a good lawyer by all standards but sometimes his too-book-long tactics are too much to bear as everybody wants speedy proceedings ...

If your have been very attentive an observant you could have noticed that all what Tsatsu has succeeded in doing is to punch holes in the errors in the labeling of the affidavits which has an infinitesimal or no effect on the alleged over voting and the monstrous irregularities that the court is suppose to have their ruling on. All that my tingling senses tells me is that tsatsu and the NDC joinder defense is a sheer waste of time since the EC is the sole body who hold the keys to unlock everything that the court is suppose to deliberate on. I sincerely believe the NPP is not gonna waist their time on the witnesses of Mahama and the NDC but the EC. All the electoral laws can better be explained by the Ec than the first and the third respondents. Allay your fears, boy, for judgement of this case is just around the corner. Ghana will be the real winner at the end of the day.

These guys are trained to do a job which some of them do very well. If you followed the exchanges between Addison and justice Atuguba earlier today, you will find that the justices have been very lenient to all sides but sometimes they have to assert their authority.

Bawumia (give him credit) is a formidable and difficult witness but sometimes it is abundantly clear he is being untruthful or downright dishonest. It is not just me saying it. Tsatsu has clearly become frustrated and has tried in so many ways to get to the witness, something counsel especially for the second petitioner was unable to do because of a very difficult and uncompromising witness.

I simply say it as I see it. We may not agree on issues, but please note that whereas you are coming from an NPP slant, I am doing this as a neutral and frankly have nothing to do with the NDC and don't really mind whichever party is in power as long as they win elections fairly and are credible people. Believe me if I say so. I have never voted for either party.

The judge at a point reminded Tsatsu that he needed to go beyond words to prove that Bawumia was being dishonest.

I believe Tsatsu's days as an astute lawyer has Lon passed. He's had to deal with younger and more competent lawyers who are also enjoying their time like he did his decades ago.

I also believe, sometimes, that either Tsatsu is suffering from fits of progressive amnesia or he genuinely has run out of ingenious ways of dismantling the strong shield of evidence that Bawumia has presented.

As for dishonesty, Tsatsu should spare us his rantings. He exhibited downright dishonesty when he pretended he didn't remember, or understand the courts ruling on his intention to tender new pinch sheets.

And one more thing the fact he achieve excellence in academia doesn't automatically make him an accomplished practising lawyer.
