Upon the declaration of Akanland, Akan people will take their petroleum, gold, diamonds, bauxite and cocoa with them to the Akan Republic. DNA test will be taken on every person in the independent state of Akanland (Akan Republic) and the Akan Republic population would be 99.8% Ethnic Akan population only. No Ewes and No other Fucking Ethnic group in Africa would be allowed to live in the sovereign state of Akanland and the Akan Republic.

Npp complained in all the 4 worn by NDC that NPP worn, and NDC stole the verdict. The only time NPP did not complain was the 2 that they worn and those two were also conducted by Afari Gyan. Is NDC ordained by God to win all elections? I think ghanaians have to start thinking about finding a diffirent way of practising democracy and forget about partisan politics. There will not be any meaningful development if we continue with this self centered politicians whos only source of income is to win elections. We have to abolish paliament because they are nothing but useless. We have to rotate the presidency by regions and the cabinet will be regional ministers. The house of commons will be DCEs who will meet twice a month to delibrate on national projects. this is what i term true democracy for Africa.

It is very absurd to sometimes read these infantile comments from people living abroad, especially in a country where you have the entire knowledge one can acquire and true democracy fully at work but they choose to buy ignorance at an expensive price when wisdom is free and readily available like the air we breathe. Well it is not their fault; it is the fact that ignorance and foolishness is immortal and diverse, and as a result one can easily fetch it anywhere.
Again, I don't blame them; I blame the fact that these kind of people never had the blessed opportunity to live in an open-minded metropolitan habitat like Accra to broaden their horizon before finding themselves abroad. They therefore think what they are saying makes sense.
Enough! This is the Supreme Court and those Judges did not just choose to be there with fake certificates; they are there by merit. Stop that nonsense! If something is not in your favor or the truth is told about an issue and it goes against you, then it is insults and foolish castigations. Bawumia is reminded to be truthful to himself and God. At his level of education, experience and the fact that he is a petitioner and not a respondent, simple questions that require simple answers should be understood by him, if he indeed studied one time in the USA.

Idiot, if your so called Tsatsu Tsikata was a good lawyer, what he should have done was to state in his questioning he wants a YES or NO answer to that question and the moment Dr Bawumiah started making statements, he could have said all what good lawyers say when Witnesses start veering away from the question, "YOU HAVE ANSWERED MY QUESTION" instead of that toad of a lawyer waiting for Atuguba to always bail him out. Tsikata is the worse lawyer I have seen doing cross examination. He is worthless as a trial lawyer and should stay in the classroom instead of wasting people time with his incoherent and winding questions. If you ask good questions, you will get good answers and vice versa.

Can't you see through from Day 1 the President of the Court has been subtly issuing intimidating remarks, warnings and the like to Dr. Bawumia? One Counsel "shuts up" another and the same presiding Judge makes fun of it by saying inter alia "it's evened" without demanding retraction or any warning.

Questions that are off-tangent (check if even the Judges in complete harmony over this) are being hurled at the Witness and the Counsel attempts to bring that to the attention of the Bench and the same Presiding Judge swiftly cuts in to order the Petitioner's Counsel to "sit down". So now we are witness a free fall orders of "Shut up", "sit down" and who knows what's next and all directed at one corner? Take my word, that could spell unhealthy speculations.You can't forever hide behind any authority vested in you and unfairly subdue a witness and now slowly his Counsel!

It's wrong, take it or leave! He can exercise his "authority" but history is being written and it will be written for posterity to be the rightful judge.

What is at stake must be viewed outside the arena of blanket partisan politics. Though the wrangling is between NPP and NDC but I can assure it's about the nation Ghana. About the millions of children walking daily the soil of mother Ghana. Their future.

We must expect the right thing is done the right way!

The purpose of objection is to prevent the question together with the answer going into the record. Additionally, he did not seem to be stating his objection as it should.He objected as if he was replying Tsatsu or as if he was asking the judges instead of addressing the Bench clearly that he was objecting and then proceed to give the basis for the objection. Lets do this important case without emotions.

When an authority realizes that a witness is becoming a blatant liar after swearing with a holy book considering the magnitude and importance of a case that might threaten national peace, time must be given for that witness to disgrace himself to the world.
Bawumia stands there and says he is not aware Sir John, a whole general secretary of a party he was vying to be vice president of, prematurely declared him (Bawumia) and Nana Addo victors of the 2012 elections before the EC came out with the results. What a big lie! Nana Addo, Jake and he (Bawumia) might have even asked Sir John to make such a declaration. He at a point during the cross examination claimed he was not aware that NPP mob besieged the premises of an Israeli company in Dzorwulu in the name of results being massaged over there. Was he not among the officials who sent their representative in the person of Osafo Maafo to officially ascertain the truth at the premises? He has become a chronic liar who would be punished by the sanctity of the book he used to swear in court.

It is very absurd to sometimes read these infantile comments from people living abroad, especially in a country where you have the entire knowledge one can acquire and true democracy fully at work but they choose to buy ignorance at an expensive price when wisdom is free and readily available like the air we breathe. Well it is not their fault; it is the fact that ignorance and foolishness is immortal and diverse, and as a result one can easily fetch it anywhere.
Again, I don't blame them; I blame the fact that these kinds of people never had the blessed opportunity to live in an open-minded metropolitan habitat like Accra to broaden their horizon before finding themselves abroad. They therefore think what they are saying makes sense.
Enough! This is the Supreme Court and those Judges did not just choose to be there with fake certificates; they are there by merit. Stop that nonsense! If something is not in your favor or the truth is told about an issue and it goes against you, then it is insults and foolish castigations. Bawumia is reminded to be truthful to himself and God. At his level of education, experience and the fact that he is a petitioner and not a respondent, simple question that require simple answers should be understood by him, if he indeed studied one time in the USA.

My instints tell me the outcome of this case may create more confusion than peace. This is driven by the apparent lack of objectivity in the way certain matters are handled. One person says the other is dishonest, it is seen as a fair comment, the other says the 1st person is afraid of the truth and that is seen as an insult!! If your father dies in an accident and you say until you see the body you will not believe it , that view can be driven by the faer of the truth!!but if yuour father is NOT dead and you fake documents to make some statutory claims that is dishonesty and also fraudulent. So why will the judges play down on the lawyer telling the petitioner that he is dishohest but see a lot wrong with the petitioner telling the lawyer he is afraid of the truth. Unless that is how law is practised in Ghana then am not sure this case is taking us anywhere. I see a little bias from the judges and that could compromise any conclusions they arrive at on this case.

But most people of this kind do their dark business away from the eyes of the people. THIS court is having its proceedings broadcast live.

Now more than ever, we can see why it was so important that this legal exercise should take place under full public scrutiny. We have listened to them. We all know which ones are the time-wasters and which ones and shifty types with bad things on their conscience.

And we'll see more of them before this case ends.

To say the least about the president's attitude is to say that it was irresponsible on the part of him and he should be mindful that we are watching from outside the bench.If justice is not seen to be done at this forum then justice through other means will be sought.I always congratulate Akufo Addo for the bold initiative taken if not Ghana would have been like other places because his supporters were poised for action but he restrained them.Atubiga should not think we are not watching because the way Addison has conducted himself as far as this trial is concerned as compare to Tsatsu, every thinking Ghanaian will agree with me that he is a perfect gentle man by all standards. Atubiga being in the helm of affairs does not make you a god.

We all may need to open your natural eyes very wide. From Day 1 the President of the Court has been subtly issuing intimidating remarks, warnings and the like ALL to Dr. Bawumia? One Counsel "shuts up" another and the same presiding Judge makes fun of it by saying inter alia "it's evened" without demanding retraction or any warning from him.

Questions that are off-tangent (check if even the Judges in complete harmony over this) are being hurled at the Witness and his Counsel attempts to bring that to the attention of the Bench and the same Presiding Judge swiftly cuts in to order the Petitioner's Counsel to "sit down". So now we are witnessing a free fall bouquets of "Shut up", "sit down" and who knows what's next and all directed at one corner? Take my word, that could spell unhealthy speculations.You can't forever hide behind any authority vested in you and unfairly subdue a witness and now slowly his Counsel! Makes many to wonder whether we are witnessing a fair game at all!

It's wrong, the earlier we come to terms with it the better. Justice Atuguba can exercise his "authority" but how beautiful his records would be should firm but fair supervision be abundantly seen to be displayed by him.

History is being written and it will be written for posterity to be the rightful judge.

What is at stake must be viewed outside the arena of blanket partisan politics. Though the wrangling is between NPP and NDC but I can believe you me it's more about the nation Ghana. It's about the youth, huge number seeking employment every nook and corner. It's about the millions of children walking daily the land of their birth. Their future.

The nation is entitled to seeing that the right thing is done the right way!
