So KPMG offering free service is a gesture to the court for advertisement and i think they've done very well.

How many people knew KPMG before this court case as now they're name is on the lips of every Ghanaian.Yes this is a GOODWILL which advertisement of 100,000 DOLLARS in Ghana could hardly provide them with such success.

Someone will say they could have charged a fee yet they will receive the same Goodwill.I think offering free service to the nation have done even more to their GOODWILL.

I have a funny feeling that perhaps some of you guys at Joynews have some stake in KPMG, otherwise how on earth could you be making such speculation seeing that, KPMG themselves had not come out to say any thing of the sort. Also, it will depend on the cooperation of the petitioners in the sense that the required documents must be well arranged so that there will be less time consuming. Otherwise, there should be extra charge. These are some of the normal standards in an audit. There will be a lot of spread sheets, tables, matrix, and other techniques. I do not want to talk too much, but how will KPMG book the actual income if they had charged this audit and now that there is no charge? The firm is incurring cost with this audit and how is the Firm reflecting this in their books?

I don't know how John Mahama felt after today's court proceedings. This was a disaster for the EC/NDC/Mahama defense.

Tsikata has successfully damage their case permenantly and bolstered the petionners case. In short, he has made the petitioners case stronger in the eyyes of all Ghanaians including the justices.

How on earth can justices over and over again remind Tstatsu about the irrevancy of his questioning reason with him when a verdict is to be passed?

THE PETIONNERS HAVE WON THE CASE! Ghanaians should prepare a verdict calling for a re-run or an outright Nana presidency.

Kudos to KPMG for a public service... you still could have charged for the service and made a donation to a good cause...Is there Red Crossm Children's Aid or SOS charities. It's a nice gesture but is it quid-pro-quo?
