He allows Tsatsu to do whatever he wants in court but has the audacity to tell Addison to sit down. Aruguba should realise that, the world is watching and he should run an impartial court to avoid any judgement that others might perceive to be tainted because of his behaviour in court.

As a justice of the supreme court,he is supposed to interprete the law and not to bully those appearing before him.
Lest he forget, it is the taxes of Bawumia and fellow Ghanaians that he lives on, and he is not paid his salary to bully upright and patriotic Ghanaians.
A coward that he is, he tries to justify his partisanship with an excuse of trying to be even-handed when cornered.

I'm sure that he didn't know that... This man does not understand Tsatsu's line of cross examination and thinks his questions are irrelevant even when the judges (those who will finally decide on this case) think they are relevant. He's been raising objections unnecessarily... I think he's not up to the task. He's angry that their case has been reduced to shreds with no substance left. During the addresses, he'll have another opportunity to be tutored. But this case is finished. There's nothing in the so called evidence... I'm just worried for my brother Bawumia who's credibility is being sacrificed in all these.

Trust me the NDC is going to win this case on technicality, not on the facts before the court. It may interest readers to know that in the US supreme court, cases are argued on behalf of the petitioners not the petitioners being questioned for numerous days by the respondent's lawyers. What are the lawyers in the court room for, as observers? Then this justice Atugba to tell a lawyer to sit down? Is it funny that in the Ghana's supreme court, it is only the President of the panel of judges who speaks and rest are dead silent. We dont even know the rest of the panel.

His actions up to this time, clearly indicate that he's a bias judge. I thought the SC judges were the best lawyers in the country. Addison ought to be a SC lawyer. His line of arguments are superb and flawless. As Addison said, if Tsatsu asks irrelevant questions, what response does he want Bawumia to give? Relevant answers? Hell no! Garbage in garbage out and I expect Atuguba to know this. He doesn't have to be reminded by Addison over and over again that Tsatsu's cross-examination is full of irrelevant questions. Tsikata has successfully damage their case permenantly and bolstered the petionners case. In short, he has made the petitioners case stronger in the eyyes of all Ghanaians including the justices.

Bawumia answered a question like that in class, he would have failed. The question was, are you aware of Sir John's declaration of victory for the NPP. The subject of that question was Sir John and not the EC. Did that subject perform a duty he was not meant to? This demands a yes or no answer. The implication is that Bawumia's response on the surface will be seen as a deviation. The legal consequences are many. Did Sir John violate the constitutional requirement on who declares elections. More so, if Bawumia insists the only way to see the inconsistencies in the elections is to closely look at the pink sheets and not because NPP's polling agents signed the sheets, then how could Sir John, on the surface of the pink sheets declare that the NPP had won the elections. The question was therefore not irrelevant. Another implication is that they set out to cause mischief whether they won or not since the facts on the surface of their pink sheets did not support Sir. John's claim and therefore the case in court is one journey on that line of mischief.
Bawumia's answer would have been appropriate if Tsatsu had asked, was Sir John's declaration of victory for the NPP appropriate?
