Upon the declaration of Akanland, Akan people will take their petroleum, gold, diamonds, bauxite and cocoa with them to the Akan Republic. DNA test will be taken on every person in the independent state of Akanland (Akan Republic) and the Akan Republic population would be 99.8% Ethnic Akan population only. No Ewes and No other Fucking Ethnic group in Africa would be allowed to live in the sovereign state of Akanland and the Akan Republic.

So Mr. Tsikata is asking the court to have the sheets counted as his count did not tally with what the petitioners cliam to have deposited. Chances are the analysis are just wrong as the pink sheet counts.

Mills avoided many of the slips and mistakes pepeni has made. he has deeped the divisions and championed tribalism , ethnocentrism , ministers based on nepotism and favors rather than on merit and competence , lack of understanding of the majority and sidelining majority participation in favor of a minority . has not tackled corruption thus enabling it to take root right down to the secretary and body guard level. marginalized national interest in favor of petty cash deals for his selfish interest . advocated for abhorring gay perversity and homosexuals influencing the society. participated and has given protection and refuge to all his cronies who have robbed the tax payer and the wealth of the nation depriving future generations any chance of prosperity . has not been able to facilitate an environment that creates jobs , boost the economy with prudent macro economic strategies and implementing solutions . the list goes on but for now we all conclude pepeni is a miserable failure and we are heading on a fast train to war . ndc is wise to rethink if this is the future they should secure for their children. maybe wisdom will prevail though i doubt it with all the deeply entrenched ewe hegemony , northern tribalism mixed with islamic mentality ,corrupt southerners with shallow greedy motives . in short a club of the worst caliber of Ghanaian s. if the supreme court does call for a runoff soon we all know the country will fall apart.

I don't know how John Mahama felt after today's court proceedings. This was a disaster for the EC/NDC/Mahama defense.

Tsikata has successfully damage their case permenantly and bolstered the petionners case. In short, he has made the petitioners case stronger in the eyyes of all Ghanaians including the justices.

How on earth can justices over and over again remind Tstatsu about the irrevancy of his questioning reason with him when a verdict is to be passed?

THE PETIONNERS HAVE WON THE CASE! Ghanaians should prepare a verdict calling for a re-run or an outright Nana presidency.

IF YOU ALL DON'T KNOW, TSATSU TSIKATA HAS DENTED THE CASE FOR BOTH NDC AND THE EC BEYOND REPAIRS FOR SAYING THAT THE IRREGULARITIES DIDN'T HAPPEN IN THE NDC STRONGHOLD ONLY BUT ALSO IN THE NPP STORNGHOLD.BY THIS ADMISSION, THE EC HAS NO OPTION BUT TO ACCEPT THE PETITIONERS AFFIDAVIT OR DENY IT WHICH WILL BE A DESCRIPANCY OF DEFENCE BETWEEN THE NDC AND THE EC. WHATEVER ELSE TSATSU TSIKATA IS ASKING IS IRRELEVANT. ITS JUST LIKE CATHCHING IN A THIEF IN YOUR ROOM AND ASK HIM TO RETURN THE TWO CELL PHONES HE HAS TAKEN, AND THE THIEF IS SAYING NO AM NOT GIVING THEM TO YOU BECAUSE I STOLE FOUR CELL PHONES BUT YOU ARE SAYING TWO. TSATSU TSIKATA HIMSELF KNOWS HE HAS CAUSED A SERIOUS BLUNDER.
HOPE THIS CASE BE AMICABLY SOLVED BECAUSE AM DEEPLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE REPERCURSIONS OF THIS AS A PEACE LOVING GHANAIAN

All that Tsatsu is seeking to achieve is to prove that the witness he is cross-examining (Dr. Bawumiah) is not credible as a witness and that his evidence cannot be trusted. If the recount of the pink sheets (submitted to the court, not NDC) yields a result lesser than the 11842, to which Dr. Bawumiah has sworn an affidavit and has repeatedly insisted on as the number he personally supervised attachment to the affidavit, that would have proven that he had lied to the court.
It is never about the impact of the number of pink sheets. It is all about whether the star witness was truthful and therefore a credible witness and, in extension, whether the witness's evidence could be accepted as credible.
