As much as I hate to admit Rawlings was right with his statement. If they have had listen to those who were concern with the president health, he might be alive today.

EX-COVICT Tsatsu Tsikata's behavior in court is TYPICAL of all that NDC is, represents & stands for - arrogance, abusive, insulting, unrefined, INCOMPETENCE, INEPTITUDE and FRAUDULENT. Imagine a letter being produced in court which was received on the 3rd but apparently written on the 5th of the same month!!! This can only happen in the world of the most evil, corrupt & deviant party - the NDC. Tsatsu refused to tender the very document he had asked for on Thursday because he realised a bit too late that it would have been the perfect noose around the necks of the respondents. Whatever be the case THEY ARE FINISHED. Tsatsu their star lawyer has succeeded in killing their case for them by scoring several OWN GOALS along the way. The uninformed supporters of NDC who have always regarded this ant as some tin god must now realise that he is just a paper-weight. As for the outcome of the case and how it would be handled - THE GREATER MAJORITY OF GHANAIANS & THE WORLD ALREADY KNOW THAT JOHN MAHAMA IS AN ILLEGITIMATE & FAKE (BUKATA / 419) PRESIDENT who was foisted around our necks by the criminal & drunk Kwadwo Afari Djan. It is only a few NDC fooled soldiers who in their deluded minds think it's impossible to RIGHT A WRONG and give John Mahama the kick in the butt. FREEDOM AND TRUE DEMOCRACY IS COMING BACK TO GHANA. PROBITY & ACCOUNTABILITY WILL BE INSTITUTED and GHANA WILL SURELY RISE UP AGAIN. This country will NEVER AGAIN be left in the hands of these NDC hoodlums, criminals, fraudsters and outright THIEVES who see political office as a conduit for siphoning the country's oil money and other resources.

My question is if they didn't receive full copies of the 11,842 as they claim, why didn't they inform the Court until now? This is another trick by their lead council, Tsatstu Tsikata, to buy more time; it's part of his delay tactics, to drag the court hearing. They're cleverly finding ways to allow John Mahama to hang on to power, past One (1) year and turn around to tell Ghanaians and the court that "Oh, Mahama has passed 1yr so, it's okay to allow him to stay on until 2016" hoping that people will accept or buy into that idea. They lie bad! They can run but they can't hide.
