Tsatsu refused to tender the very document he had asked for on Thursday because he realised a bit too late that it would have been the perfect noose around the necks of the respondents. Whatever be the case THEY ARE FINISHED. Tsatsu their star lawyer has succeeded in killing their case for them by scoring several OWN GOALS along the way. The uninformed supporters of NDC who have always regarded this ant as some tin god must now realise that he is just a paper-weight. If the court felt NPP had a strong case, they would have allowed tsatsu to call the NPP witnesses.

At this stage, don't do anything to antagonize the justices and give any credence to the NPP petition. This is what tsatsu almost did but the justices by their ruling have bailed the NDC. So Asiedu nketiah and the NDC, PLS BE VERY CAREFUL AND CAUTIOUS AT THIS STAGE.

Remember the truth does not always win in court but mostly the technicalities.

My brother , the Honorable Justices have decided the case, they don't need any further drama. At this point if I were the respondents, I would rest my case. The judges have seen through the lies of the petitioners'/ star witness. Denying known facts like Sir John declaring victory for NPP doesn't make you smart. It just shows that you are a LIAR. Feigning ignorance about the meeting of 3rd petitioner and other party reps with EC and the letter subsequently written and attached to your own affidavits is not being smart either. When you agree under oath that you personally checked and disposed of your own affidavits and it turns out that "under your watch" you duplicated. triplicated and quadruplicated pink sheets, added parliamentary results, then keep mentioning your personal analysis (which no one cares about) to justify you exhibit your total ignorance of how the legal system works. Your own PhD research should have taught you that collection of data is very paramount . I REST MY CASE
