The Supreme Court should have ruled by now, in fact long time ago, as demonstrated in the case of Gore Vs Bush, or as Kenya's Supreme Court did. This grandstanding by our Justices and all the delay tactics by Attorneys on both sides - NDC, NPP, and so forth only goes to prove the standard "colonial mentality" of embellishing everything in Ghana. We overdue everything because we are always coping others and not wont to be creative and innovative by our own standards. This case is a direct example of our downfall; we take for ever to accomplish any feat - we are held in the throes of constant procastination... and frankly that is our undoing in Ghana and Africa. This case should have been settled in January!!

Had it been NDC, our country would have turned to Kenya or Cote D'Ivoir with the result that half the population would have lots their lives and the rest would have become regugees on other people's land. Peplle like Sekou Nkruma, Anita Desoso, Ofui Gyato Aboakwa and Kwasi Pratt must go back to Mahama for a little piece of a piece of advice so as to reverse their negative comments and say they are sorry for insulting Nana Addo for taking this case to court. due to time constraints and pressure npp could not number the points of evidences in their letter acompanying the affidavits to sc, due to time constraints and pressure some ec officials could not very fill the pink sheets very well.

NPP(Dr. Bawumia) says ec's error MUST not affect someones presidency, NDC(Tsatsu) says ec made admnistrative errors, YES,but that should not affect Mahama's presidency.

So friends the petition presented by NPP are purely ADMINISTRATIVE ERRORS as we will say in law, and has
nothing to do with Election rigging.

As for them there is democracy in Ghana when a non ashanti/akym is not the head of government. Nkrumah had enough of them.
