Over the past year,preachers from Rev.Martey(Christian Council)to the so-called Pentecostal and "prosperity preachers",have attacked the homosexual community and goaded politicians to pass stringent laws against gays who happen to be also citizens of this country.Thus,one heard Egya Atta,and now Mahama who's timidly following and kissing these politicians and con men in religious garbs,to contravene Civil Rights laws in the Constitution - all to help their election campaigns.

Loudest among these preachers is Rev.Martey,who studied in Britain and the U.S and cowardly hid his antipathy towards homosexuals (in order to get his degrees),and once in Ghana,has become Saul of Tarsus.Yet,right in his own church(Presby),preachers are indulging in homosexuality;sleeping with married and unmarried women in their congregations;and stealing church funds.And the church leaders of all faiths think homosexuality is the most pressing issue in our society.

What about the daily reports of hundreds of women and girls - some as young as ten years old - being raped all over the country by HETEROSEXUALS? Why are these so-called men of God so silent about these abominable acts that are causing irreparable harm to these women and society? It was revealed this week that 750,000 teens got pregnant in this country last year.What are the churches doing about this horrible problem that has serious consequences for this country?

One by one the churches are being exposed for their SINS(Yesterday,it was the Catholic Church,today the Presbyterian Church; and very soon other churches and phony preachers will follow).

When yours truly checked the number of prominent televangelists and church leaders in the U.S(from early last century)who were homosexuals, solicitors of prostitutes,drug addicts and con men,he found 33 of them.This list includes Jimmy Swaggart(prostitution),Jim and Tammy Baker(fraud),Paul Barnes(homosexual), Earl Paulk(who fathered a child out of a relationship with his sister-in-law,and Ted Haggart(former President of National Association of Evangelicals and a close friend of George W Bush)who,while railing against homosexuality from the pulpit,was actively involved with another man(he just rubbed his penis and massaged his back - my own comment!),and who also supplied him with methamphetamine.

The churches in Ghana should do a soul searching;look inward to eliminate the filth in their own backyards;and the preachers should stop being politicians.After all,the BOSS upstairs is the ultimate judge.

The reasons for this indictment are quite obvious: (1) The Presbyterian church has been very vocal on many National issues including gay lib, as such it becomes prudent to level or indict some high ranking official among them just to silence them. Do we remember his comments when govt. wnated to send pastors to Israel and when he said they wanted to know the source of funding and that they are not interested in gay money just after he came out of a meeting to iron out the issues. "Now take off my skirt." He did.
"Now take off my bra." Again with trembling hands he did as she asked.
