But they themselves did not follow the same law. The law says if you have any objections fill the complaint form but since they did not follow the laid down procedure, they have no bases for going to court!!!! Please tell Tsastu for me.

How can you go to court with only documents from your opponents strong hold and wish that they become annulled when you know perfectly that all those things you are complaining about also happened at your strong hold too. Besides the unprecedented lobbing from the NPP supporters for this kind of comment from the EU what else did you expect them to say. This response they gave was obvious but really matters is Addo to admit he lost the elections fair and square. He run a terrible campaign from the word go. With all that ails Ghana his initial aim was to make education free. it was a weak idea and he never offered anything beyond that on the campaign trail besides dancing and falling off platforms. In addition, he tried to impress the voters with his clothing and imitating intonations. The bigger question is, where were the party's polling station representatives?
Based on this questions, it is time that good thinking people let Akuffo to stop this comedy of a challenge in the courts against the election results. you can't accept one side of the elections and refute the other side. Please everyone, join and ask Addo to drop this unnecessary court case which is, as per Nkrumah and i agree with him, a waste of the governments resources. it is also showcasing how lawyers are aloft in their arguments.

Nkrumah made Ghana the richest in Africa even without oil, he built most of the infrastructure we enjoy today and provided free quality health care and education. Compare that to the rest of them. I think Mahama lacks the charisma and skill to lead Ghana and that is my opinion. He turns a blind eye when criminals like General mosquito commits offenses to ensure victory. He is unable to reduce corruption and take control of the economy. He is a useless leader under whom Ghana will see no progress, even half fit Mills is better than him.

Hello, the fact we are a black nation does not mean we are stupid and don't know how to do things right. If they noticed, we have had successive elections since 1993 and although there has been many challenges, we have not resorted to violence.
They praise him as if he had a choice. hello, we are a one nation and inspite of our differences do not need to take the course of violence when anyone feels aggrieved.
The EU are only our trading partners and we must learn they don't ultimately have to seek our interest.
Although, Nana is not my favourite, I will defend his right to leave and enjoy the fruits of Ghana and so will I do likewise for any other Ghanaian. One thing the NDC should take notice of is that the Supreme Court hearing is being closely followed by concerned Organizations, The UN, AU, Super Powers, Political Groups, including IMF & World Bank among others around the world. So nobody should be fooled into thinking it's just a small matter, as I've always pointed out right here, on this website. Our democracy has grown to levels that's drawn internationl attention. Africa and the World is counting on Ghana to lead the way, in the continent's general development and progress.

So the NDC better get the message clear! The era of "buga-buga" tactics, Election Fraud has come to an end. The 1992-2008 era of riggin elections has been halted! That's why the EC and the NDC finds themselves in court. How can Ghana invest over $100 Million, into elections just to have the EC "mis-use" the money, conducting an election fraught with unpardonable irregularities, ommission, over-voting, and voting without biometric verification, against the EC's own set-out rules or "Bible" about the 2012 December elections?

This case is correct all wrongs and bring sanity and honesty into our electoral system, once and for all! People must be accounable for their crimes and errors; we cannot afford to have EC & Co., scuttle the elections or deny the popular will of Ghanaians. Ghanaians and indeed the rest of the world, as aptly stated by EU, are eargerly awaiting the verdict of the Supreme Court. Let true justice prevail in this court hearing.

John Mahama came through the back door, similarly he has to be shown the exit by the Supreme Court. However, we the peace-loving people of Ghana thank Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo and his co-petioners emmensely, for their sensible decision of seeking justice through the peaceful way, other than that most of these stupid contributors on this block, who have been paid to post thrash, would either be long dead, on turned into rebels living on lizards and rats in the bush. Thank you once again, Nana Addo and your co-petitioners. The crown is for those who deserve it, and not those who are smart at stealing.

It seems that some of us have got short memory. It is on record that Mr. Loren Ghagbo took the results of the 2011 Ivory Coast elections to court and had verdict on his part.
EU and NATO told us that that election can not be contested in court they therefore armed Mr. Alassan Outhara and his supporters to attack the Ivorian security forces and supporters of Mr. Ghagbo.
France intervened military on behalf of Outhara, captured Gbagbo and handed him over to Outhara. Though Ivory Coast is not a member of the International Criminal Court Mr. Loren Gbagbo was send to the ICC by the President install by NATO in the name Alassan Outhara.
So how can the same European Union which members are the same members of NATO be against one African taking election results to court and praise another African for doing the same. Why is the United Nations and the EU displaying this sort of double standard in resolving political disputes.
If most of our countrymen and women have short memory some of us have a long retained memory.
