PERSONALLY, I THINK THIS IS AGOOD DIRCTIVE FROM THE AMA. THE MARKET CLOSING TIME SHOULD BEGIN AT 5/6AM AND STOP AT 7PM. THIS WILL GIVE FOOD SELLERS, KIOSK OWNERS A CHANCE TO ALSO MAKE MONEY AS WELL. THE MAYOR MUST GIVE MARKET WORKERS SOME TIME BEFORE IMPLEMENTING THIS. GIVE THEM ABOUT 2 WEEKS TO PREPARE. 2 WEEKS WILL GIVE THE MAYOR TIME TO USE THE MEDIA, WORD OF MOUTH AT THE MARKETS TO PREPARE FOR SUCH A SYSTEM. THIS IS ENTIRELY NEW.
