But they themselves did not follow the same law. The law says if you have any objections fill the complaint form but since they did not follow the laid down procedure, they have no bases for going to court!!!! Please tell Tsastu for me.

In fact, its a shame that Bawumia and his people are just brewing disaster for the nation. But God is in control! How can you go to court with only documents from your opponents strong hold and wish that they become annulled when you know perfectly that all those things you are complaining about also happened at your strong hold too. This is nonsense!!!!!! Thay should give Ghana a break. After all, nothing is working in Ghana.

The article rightly says "The respondents in the on-going election petition have raised concerns about two additional boxes which were allegedly sneaked into the venue of where the counting of the pink sheets was taking place." And do you think if such an observation is made it is not right for them to raise concerns and get the issues surrounding that resolved? The KPMG in their wisdom took the right action to suspend the auditing based on what has come up and they have rightfully referred the matter to those who engaged them as indicated "Mr. Winful advised that “they’ve got to have patience until our engagement partner meets with the parties and then they will sought out whatever issue that is of contention and then after that we carry on with the assignment." So if we are all looking for the truth, no one should be condemning anybody for this measure being taken to clear any doubts. If you are in a game or competition and you feel an underhand dealing or being cheated you have every right to raise "red flag" and draw attention. That is why there were representatives appointed by the parties to be part of the KPMG auditing exercise as observers. Let us be sincere.

You see the petitioners have a way of shifting the post anytime these issues crop up. Listen to Gloria Akuffo pose this rather ridiculous rhetoretical question:"Why are they not indicating how many numbers were missing?". Is this question any different from what Philip Addison sought to do when the SC was taking arguments from counsels from both sides? In fact did Tsikata not say he knew the numbers but was not prepared to disclose it for obvious reasons? In any case whose figure was being challenged,the petitioners, who have been very emphatic about a precise number,neatly laid out in certain paragraphs of their pleadings or the respondents who have maintained all along the the actual number was far less,more than 3k short?

Their intension was to gain access into the strong room and steal a box or two from among the pink sheets but they were just not sure how many they could steal, that is why they could not tell how many was left. If you went to a bank and refuse to count the money given you, you go home with the money and come back claiming the money given you was short of the total. We ask you to tell us how much was short, and you refuse to tell us. What kind of foolery is this? Tsikata is a thief. Mahama is a thief so birds of the same feathers, fly together.

Even if this particular elections where full of irregularities what people think all previous ones did have similar issues. Is it worth the decency and the reputation of the country to reverse the results for Addo?
Hell no, not anyone and certainly not Addo and his destructive bunch. Common sense tells me Npp lost because they run a timid campaign.The bigger questions that need to be answered are 1)What makes them think the irregularities were isolated to the presidential votes and not the parliamentary ones when all the voting was done the same time?
2)Didn't the party have their people at the polling stations to protect their interests?
Besides the fact that the country is spending money country it doesn't have , she is now on a slippery slop and bound to implode into abyss due to this frivolous case before the supreme court. It is, therefore, become the ultimate responsibility of the supreme court to avert all this dangerous situation and do the right thing as good thinkers or philosophers will do in the best interest of a nation and its people and through this case out of court. The case has no positive relevance whatsoever. Its now not only a circus but also a display of how obtuse everything is in the courts. The courts can top this up by admonishing Afari Gyan doing a terible job and subjecting the country to this negative experience. He should've held back for a day and taken to the air waves to explain the results before and also declaring the winner. The EC and Afari Gyan did a lousy, lousy job. Task him or the EC to put better policies in place from here to prevent a repeat of such misgivings from ever happening in future elections.
Supreme Court judges, do the right thing and shut down the this she rage that is on display before you and as a matter of fact the whole world. Rule in favor of the sitting President because he won the election. Thank you.

These are excerpts from the same story-On one breath the NDC drew attentions to the absence of the box and in the next breath the NDC thought the box was not in the strong- these kind of common sense, why will an NDC rep be concerned with the availability of more boxes, when the same NDC is challenging that the pink sheets are not up the number- Ahhhaaaahhaa, it is not easy to spin

The process described by Gloria Akuffo for the movement the boxes containing the Pink Sheets from the storage area for the audit is at best very haphazard and unprofessional. According to her, some of the boxes were inadvertently left behind whilst others brought got mixed up!!
I think KPMG has failed in its duties and have not shown enough professionalism. Basically, the first thing they should have supervised should be the identification, segregation, counting and recording of the number of boxes and furnishing the parties with copies of those records. Anything short of these basics will render the whole process open to abuse especially looking at the pedigree of some of the parties.
KPMG cannot say they6 are mere referees. After all any good referee even in a football match will before the start of the game, identify, count and segregate all the players who are eligible for the match including the first 11 and reserves.
I do not want to talk about custody or storage because I have heard something like "strong room"

Tell me the size of the room in which the whole team did not realise that a box is left in there. Is the room size a football pitch? I wonder why KPMG is doing this for free. If I ask KPMG to do one page photocopy for me they will charge me l can bet you on this. I think the whole team doing the counting must be sent to suspended jail by doing 60hours community labour free for such causing this mishaps and distress to Ghanaians waiting anxiously the outcome of counting. The SC should have given this assignment to remote village school teachers who have no knowledge of this petition case and l can assure you that some are available. These teachers could have done a very good job than current team one staff going for lunch whilst others working which is a joke. The SC should have given all time for lunch, counting stop, back from lunch counting starts and should be fundamental modality. Let us be honest and respect what we do brothers and sisters
