YOU CAN BE SURE MORE THAN HALF OF THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY WENT INTO PEOPLE'S POCKET. I AM REFERING TO OFFICIALS WHO HANDLE SUCH GIVE AWAYS.
Use the money to build better drainage system. How smart those folks elect to waste money or flashy money down the drain.
