The counting really is not going to hurt NDC because all they are asking for is that the Petitioners produced less evidence than what they are saying. And for that the petitioners did not do what the court instructed them to do by supplying them with the better particulars. If the count comes up to what they said they filed then all they have to do is supply NDC with what they claimed they didn't get or don't have.In other hand, if the count comes up short then like the respondents lawyers are trying to show the court that the petitioners did not file their case in "good faith". What baffle me is, if I'm going to court with evidence containing boxes I ought to know how many boxes I"m taking with me. But the petitioners and their lawyers trying to say that they did not know how many boxes of evidence they took with them which is very ridicules. For them to say that they did not do inventory on the evidence so therefore they did not know how many boxes, say something else. God bless us all!!
