IF WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE TRUTH THEN THERE IS NO NEED TO COUNT THESE FORMS. AFTER ALL THE ORIGINAL OF THE DOCUMENTS ARE WITH THE EC. THEY SHOULD PROVIDE IT TO THE COURT.

Now they are trying to use different tactics.NDC is aware that the court case will go against them hence they want to cause unnecessary delay of the court process.

NDC is just a dirty party. They are always out to cheat, tell lies, steal, rig, disrupt, fight, snatch boxes and stuff ballot boxes to win any case or situation. After an abysmal performance by Tsatsu, all that is left for him is to start the tricks and antics they play best. The whole of Ghana is watching and are already aware were the verdict will go. The NDC will surely get what they want if they try to stall the smooth end of the case\. Let them not deceive themselves that they know the game better. We will deal with them ruthlessly if they dare. They think the they are smart but NPP is smarter. Asiedu and Tony Aidu who hatched the scheme to steal the elections have now gotten their jail bird Tsikata to do the legal bit for them. They should watch out to see what will happen to them

what has all those insults and name calling got to do in law. At the end of the day, it will be easy to verify, since there definately was an initial count of the boxes. I don't believe a credible institution like KPMG will have accepted the boxes without an initial inventory check signed off by all parties.Secondly the Judges will have copies and so it can also be be checked. In the final analysis who will such an action have benefited-NPP of course.

I thought Mr Addison would have stated in simple terms that they have served the court, the judges, and the respondents either 24 or 31 boxes and challenge the judges to either confirm or refute the claim. All the long talk has not answered the question whether or not the original number of boxes have been 24 or 31.

I am not quite sure why the unnecessary delay in having to count pink sheets, i am following the court case objectively, why did the NDC wait for this long to bring to the attention of the judges they did not get the correct number of exhibits also why did the NPP make such a mess of their exhibits with duplications etc, with the number of lawyers employed by them no excuses they should have ensured that all the evidence filed had all the correct details and should have checked each document was stamped by the commissioner of oaths before filing them with the court, that is the job of the lawyer not the client. This mess has contributed to the long cross examination by Tsikata.

As far as I am concerned, the NDC should have been asked by the judges to provide a list of all the exhibits they were served with, if there was any shortfall the NPP should have been asked to rectify the problem and then we move on. I am surprised the judges did not ask for this to happen unless i am missing something.

Why the need for an external body to count the pink sheet is a puzzle, if there is a shortage it should not affect the process for the truth, the NPP then have to provide any missing exhibits or acknowledge they do not have the numbers referred to of exhibits.

When you go to court there should be an agreed court bundle put before the witness which should be the same bundle of evidence each barrister and the judges have in front of them. All the exhibits should have been filed in large folders appropriately marked, so as soon as either party makes reference to an exhibit each party is able to open their folder and examine the contents, all this delay in passing papers around is time consuming.

The court system in Ghana needs to be overhauled!

How is it possible that 24 boxes in a vault could mysterious turn 31 boxes if someone didn't go there to add 7 extra boxes? NPP and their colluding court registrar added 7 extra boxes under the cover of darkness.
