What a sad end for a trickster and ex-convict !

They thought they could use National Security to short-change the quantity of the pink sheets in the care of the Judiciary.

When that failed, they burgled the office of Gloria Akuffo thinking they could cripple the petitioners' case if they get hold of their evidence.

And when that failed, they sent some foolsoldiers to go to the Cocoa Affairs court to demand the pink sheets, thinking it was kept there.

And when the foolsoldiers were arrested, and they finally realised that their game was up, they decided to play their last joker by claiming that 7 new boxes have miraculously been added to the original tally.

Hahahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahaaaa!

In the first instance if the really know, understand and implement the right controls and procedures to secure and safegaurd these exhibits (Pink Sheets) there would ecen be the need to bring an Expert witness.
This high level of incompetence prevailing in Ghana from the president through its ministries and juduciary is now obvious for the whole world to see.
Shame on the so-called leaders. How can an Expert witness be a "referee"? If KPMG has become a referee then what are the Supreme Court judges?

I find it rather curious that there is such an allegation of fraud in the glare of security. As I have previously indicated, I would be most amazed if these allegations of "extra boxes" were proved true!!

Surely the respondents have nothing to fear about their assertion that the pink sheets 'don't add up'? It is unacceptable to me that they should seek to ask the court to suspend auditing of the sheets at this stage. It is both wrong and unhelpful to their cause.

The numbers better match or respondents will still have questions for Bawumia.

The petitioners have massive influence at high places.They believe in the end justifies the means by the way they have operated throughout the election petition and must be carefully watched else they outsmart everybody.The npp is desperate for the power which is obviously beyond their reach taken into consideration the evidence so far.But it seems to me that,they do not want to go down without a fight and make things as difficult for the governing authority as much as possible. Contrary to their claim of enhancing our democracy which is naively being bought by President Mahama,the objective is to destabilize and cause as much confusion in the system as possible in other to make a point for daring them to go court.This is a frivolous and vexatious petition without merit and it will remain so.Until the matter is decided however the respondents must be vigilant because a desperate man is a dangerous man.

If even KPMG find rigging on any pink sheets that are not filed in the supreme court will be of no use for the court.
The supreme court ordered the audit of only pink sheets Bawumia and co gave to the court and nothing else.

The Judges should watch these NDC lawyers very well if not they have planned to give them hard time to end this case. If their entire attempt fails, they will sacrifices Asiedu Nkatiah. What they will do is that they will kill Asiedu Nkatiah and push the blame on NPP so that many Ghanaian will be annoyed with NPP.

Tsikata diabolic plans is gradually failing him and the end for him is gargantuan disgrace.

Tsatsu was manipulating ignorant students at the campus as a brilliant lecturer in law only on campus and had his way because he was always at the campus among novice students who held him as a legal genius.

Now the man is out from campus where he had his way manipulating young innocent students to believe what he was absolutely not, fake.

It's embarrassingly a shame for him being demystified by young and energetic thoughtful Dr. Bawumia far his junior who could have been a victim of one of his passed students and exposing him to be nothing but a riffraff poor socialist campus old crook.

Instead of helping the Supreme Court to speed up the ongoing case to enable the "President" peaceful environment to rule and sort out the huge challenges ahead of him, why should the respondents of this historic Supreme court case rather play the cat and mouse game with the unthinkably diabolical intentions of delaying the process if they honestly believed the 2012 election was indeed fair, transparent and free without any illegalities and irregularities of rigging and that Mahama won with all credits to be declared the minner by the unscrupulous EC Afari Djan?

Why are they acting so suspiciously to increase the sleepless night of the man sworn in as President of the country?

Tsatsu is a shame and just a crook. Period!!!

I will have advised Judges to spend days n weeks in countinting the said pink sheets in court room and not empowering a different body, KPMG to do counting outside the court room. Yes other way is to bring KPMG to do the counting in the court room. who doesn't know 1,2,3...... counting? God help Ghana
