These are whether or not there were statutory violations, ommissions, irregularities and malpractices in the conduct of the elections held on December 7 and 8, 2012 and also whether or not the said violations, omissions, irregularities and malpractices affected the outcome of the elections.

Funny and shameful enough, Justice Atuguba has allowed the ant-size brained Tsatsu Tsikata to be dancing Agbadza all day in court, and asking silly questions which have nothing to do with the issues before the court.

Tsatsu the clown once even tried to prove that there was some rigging in areas termed as NPP strongholds in what he and his fellow foolsoldiers claim is a free and fair election.

Will any human with a brain bigger than the size of an ant, ever claim rigging in an election which s/he is defending as a free and fair election ?

A new week and as usual everything is about polities. Instead of using all this precious time to discuss ways and move the country forward they're rather preoccupied using this useless EC case to stifle away any progress.
Even if this particular elections where full of irregularities what makes anyone think that all the previous ones didn't have similar issues. Is it worth the decency and the reputation of the country to reverse the results for Addo?
Hell no, not anyone and certainly not Addo and his destructive bunch. Common sense tells me Npp lost because they run a timid campaign.The bigger questions that need to be answered are 1)What makes them think the irregularities were isolated to the presidential votes and not the parliamentary ones when all the voting was done the same time?
2)Didn't the party have their people at the polling stations to protect their interests?
Besides the fact that the country is spending money it doesn't have , she is now on a slippery slop and bound to implode into abyss due to this frivolous case before the supreme court. It is, therefore, become the ultimate responsibility of the supreme court to avert all these dangerous situation and do the right thing as good thinkers or philosophers will do in the best interest of a nation and its people and throw this case out of court. The case has no positive relevance whatsoever. Its now not only a circus but also a display of how obtuse everything is in the courts. The courts can top this up by admonishing Afari Gyan for doing a dismal job and subjecting the country to this negative experience. He should've held back for a day and taken to the air waves to explain the results before and also declaring the winner. The EC, but Afari Gyan in particular did a lousy, lousy job. He failed and deserves to be fired. Going forward, task him or the EC to put better policies in place to prevent a repeat of such misgivings from ever happening in future elections.
Supreme Court judges, do the right thing and shut down the this sherrage that is on display before you and as a matter of fact the whole world. Rule in favor of the sitting President because he won the election. Thank you.

Your arguments don't hold water. Previous elections, according to you had similar issues so whether the effect was to put the wrong people in power stealthily against the will of the people (called democracy) and no one objected or could prove that was the case, means we should carry on with abusing the will of the people for the sake of corrupt politics.

This time round, the NPP and Bawumiah had the skill and the professionalism to articulate the gathered evidence and factually present it to the supreme court for a decision whether to continue with the status quo or put Ghana and its at the pinnacle of democratic governments of Africa, whether they win their petition or not.

Here you are, admitting that Afari Gyan did a shoddy job and recommended him to be fired. The very basis of the petition is that he did a bad job therefore allowing malpractices, over-voting, voting without verification, duplicating serial numbers and ghost polling stations, historical or current, and the result is that the wrong people are in power.

What the petitioners are seeking to do is to change the status quo for now and the future and already Ghana is being commended by the global community for this example because the petitioners took this to court instead of bloodshed in the streets.

Finally, on this occasion Dr Bawumiah managed to wipe the floor with the top guns of Tsikata, Lithur and Quarshie Idun over 10 days plus of interrogation and found out Bawumiah was a tough cookie to crush, leaving the reputation of the Luminary in tatters.

Why don't you just accept that whatever the supreme court decide after what you describe in your own words as 'sherrage'(spelling!!), which i suspect, you meant 'charade' should be accepted by all parties so Ghana can move on.

What's happening at the SC is not contrally to our CONSTITUTION. As a matter of fact, NDC has challenged same in 1992. Besides, whether the irregularities were isolated or not, or previous elections were free of irregularity or not, we shhould not settle with irregularity, but RULE of LAW.

Yes, the judges MUST "do the right thing", but not necessarily the partisan suggestion you made.

If you think that just because Mahama is declared the president by EC, any evidence found to suggest otherwise should be ignored, then you're a joke. If the judges did not find it necessary to sit on the case, they wouldn't have done so.

To suggest that the judges should "Rule in favour of the sitting Presdent because he won the election" is a "fine" suggestion but it reamins a suggestion. Judges don't just accept suggestions, but rather require LAW and FACT in order to rule cases, in case you DO NOT KNOW.

You sound like a typical NDC apologist, because like all your friends, you disregard rule of law, and place suggestions and personal opinions ahead of law and fact.

Welcome to democarcy, where before a person is persecuted, it would not be done arbitrary, as AFRC/P/NDC does, but through the rule of law!!Are you frustrated? You haven't seen anything yet my friend!!!
