  That is what I beleive the Lawyer requested, that the counting be done right there at the court, the Justices should have permitted that request; we would not be having this discussion of KPMG not inventoring the boxes.

  Indications are clear that Tsatsu Tsikata, counsel for the National Democratic Congress, 3rd respondent in the ongoing election petition hearing at the Supreme Court, is banking his hope on exploiting technicalities in his desperate bid to save his client from defeat. Mr Tsikata’s NUMEROUS BORING DAYS of cross examination appears to have failed in mounting a strong challenge to the case of the petitioners in the context of the two issues being determined by the court. The issues are whether there were statutory and constitutional violations, irregularities or malpractices in the conduct of the December presidential election and whether, if any, they affected the outcome of the election.
  
  
  The NDC’s counsel has mainly focused on defects in respect of labelling of exhibits by the petitioners, as well as those identified in respect of the pink sheets and affidavits. These defects, according to legal experts, are ‘curable’ and do not have significant effect on the case of the petitioners.

  The issue is about the number of pink sheets tendered through the court and given to the respondents. Tsatsu's complaint is that although the petitioners claim they tendered 11,842 pink sheets, that number was not before the court so it means Bawumia is trying to deceive the court. This could mean their case is frivolous and could be thrown out, That is how important the issue is.

  How could they have come up with such a lie in-front of the cameras at the ongoing Supreme Court case that inventories has taken place and that 7 strange boxes is added up the original boxes when in fact no inventory did take place all let alone any record of additional add up to the boxes.
  
  The delibrate intentions behind this stitch up lies have to be investigated ad it borders around crime for the NDC respondents dishonestly telling lies under oath at the ongoing Supreme Court case.
  
  Now, the pathetic looking EC, Afari Djan should feel sorry for himself for saying to the entire world that the NPP did not have a case and went on wrongly and unconstitutionally to declare the the 2012 elections.
