We all thought he would behave himself as an honourable member of the bench, but alas Atuguba is showing his bias for the petitioners day in and day out.

Atuguba should not forget that his partisan machinations will never earn him a honour but rather turn him into a disgraced figure just like Kpegah.

Surely Addison knows he has a bad case and has been trying to force issues by introducing new things and unwisely trying to sneak in new dimensions into the case and trying hard to make the key witness Bawumia correct the lies he told all this while during the grilling and steaming from Tony Lithur, Quarshie and finally and deadly one from Tsatsu de Tsikata. Clearly NPP case is rolling down the drain and sinking deep into the sea and will land at the bottom of the sea and never come up again. This will be a landmark defeat for the NPP...who have boasted of having the best lawyers. Nana should have entered the dock himself. Why did he remain on the touch line throughout the game. As for Otanka the Buffoon Obitse Lamptey NPP knows his calibre and so never will dare sending him into the dock to say anything....he is a small brain...as you know. The bottom line is that the NPP case is a "foolish case". Thats all ...full stop!!!!!

We in Ghana float in a wind of uncertainties. We lack leaders, responsible authorities, responsible system to protect us socially,morally,politically,legally and economically. Almost all our officials from top down are corrupt and insensitive to the needs of the people. They tell lies and offer promises while at the same time they engage in hard to detect criminal behaviours. I always wonder what attracts others into concluding that we set the tone of civilization in Africa.

As a dear friend of Mills Tony watched some elements around the castle secretly conspire to get rid of his buddy professor and concocted stories to fit the circumstances. Then he is watching the same people steal an election with the secret backing of some judges from the supreme court, with Atuguba as head, shutting the petitioners down while granting unlimited free-load access to unnecessary interferences and questions to the respondents, all along, sitting and supervising an obvious delay tactics by the other side making it impossible for any type of questioning. It does not take a law expert to notice biasness and frustration. When people raised the red flag on Atuguba being a relative of Mahama and he Mahama's appointment of Supreme court justices readying them for this task the minds could not discern in time to adduce conflict of interest and suspicion.
Tony is now fed up with it to the tilt. Maybe one day he will tell it all that the party he helped rip the country off her resorces is rotten to the chore. How much were those nine judges given by the NDC ? Blow it all out Tony. Ghana needs repentants like you to see beyond the ordinary propaganda which you and the NDC machine has been spinning for years

Yes, from the word go, I have all the time been saying that the Ghana Supreme Court is an extension of the respondent's legal team. Who doubts me now? With all the facts about the rigging,presented and the answers given by the petitioners witness, you wait and see what the outcome of the trial will be. To me, if Ghana our beloved country cannot have an independent, partial-free legal system, then our country is doomed forever. The whole world, watching the watching the proceedings is a good thing since everybody will know how corrupt our legal system is, hence, in the beginning of the trial, many people agitating that they don't trust the Ghanaian legal system and the cry for an independent body as the World Court of Justice to come in. Do Atuguba and his crew of 'rogues' think that they are the only people who can interpret the law? Shame unto the Justice System in Ghana!!!

Addison is not only an uncouth and bad mannered lawyer,he is also not polished as a good and clever lawyer.His weapon had always been bulldozing his way in legal confrontations.Though our legal system is adversarial reverence is always given to the bench as necessary arbiters.How ever some lawyers like Addison take advantage of the fact that most members of the bench keep away from confrontation with members of the bar.Since the uncivil lawyers are quick to make allegations of bias and incompetence at the least opportunity.

At one time one of the lady judges asked Addison that if this is what he can at the supreme court,what of the lower courts.Because of his style and temper both the bar and the bench stay away from confrontation with him and that is his weapon in the law practice.It is this style and attitude which impressed the npp from hiring his services.Perhaps they think it is a boxing arena.When it came to legal arguments the last time,he was panting and sweating like a nervous wreck.When it comes to law he is a lightweight and is only there because the npp thought he could scare the judges and the respondent lawyers out of their rhythm.Addison is not up to this job this time he would not be allowed to bully his way out.

He behaves as if it is the general public or the listening audience who will give the final verdict in the judging of this case.

What I have adduced thus far on proceedings in court is that, Addison gets tickled and feels good whenever he acts stupid and insolent towards the bench and the Kumasi followers led by a dangerous character by name sir John, hail him as a hero.

The Bible says it is ok for the student to be as his teacher(master), but I did not see any scripture that says they will become more knowledgeable than the masters.

This petition crap and nonsense should not have started in the first place, but for some arrogant short dwarf who thinks he was born to be president. I will advice that nana Addo looks for some AYIGBE carpenter to carve him a stool for an Obuasi goldsmith to drees it in gold for him to use in ruling over the NPP supporters.

I think, in my opinion, the Chief Justice should remove Atugaba for sake of uncertainty. The world is watching this proceedings and for Ghana Judiciary Service to gain credibility, I think something needs to be done about the use of Atuguba's own discretion.

I think there are too many distraction from the other counsels of the petitioners making it almost impossible for the lead counsel PHILIP ADDISON to concentrate and make any meaningful intervention without making a mistake and thereby incurring the wrath of the bench. He Addison has an over bloated ego which in actual fact contributes a lot to some of the shortcomings he's experiencing. He must know that the petitioners and the entire following of the NPP will not forgive him if these poor showings at the court contributes negatively to the substantive case. A word to the wise is enough.
