  "The young boy who has been identified as Isaac was asked by his mother to connect electricity to a wooden structure which served as their home".
  
  Why would a mother instruct her 13-year old son to connect electricity to her home? Is/was he an electrician or an ECG officer? Was the woman trying to steal electricity and later turn around to blame the government? Shouldn't this dysfunctional woman be charged for negligence and endangering the welfare of a minor?

  even no adult should do this if not trained how not to get shocked..wearing rubber boots,fiberglass or wood ladders...And High voltage on top lines before the transformer requires rubber gloves!

  USA think it civilization of financial prosperity is all that in life. There are situation that a rich family cannot stay together in peace. Others struggle with jealousies and egocentrism. All because of lack of values. A poor family can be happy when they cover each other without facing hostility from outside. Hollywood . their cheap shot morals will tell tales as if complaining is the problem. Complaining is a human attributes that comes with it correct side and incorrect.
  
  For instance, if a women is being rape and she kept silent, nobody will know. If I am playing soccer and got injury, without complaining no one will know. It depends on how we channel our complains. If the complaint is to educate at the same time exposing wicked system, I think it is a good thing. Talking about forgiveness, why didn't you forgive me when I did you wrong?female preacher if you knew forgiveness. Can you repair the damage to my brains?mom.The clothes you wear identifies you.   Values are the lacking problem of western civilizations. Owing to that people care less when inflicting pain on others. They are so obtuse so much that to take a gun and shoot others becomes fun. To take an electricity and beam that on others does not matter but fun. To separate families is a joke. All because of lack of values. A woman becomes prostitute, if not financial situation, then it is a lack of value. Some women think no matter how many men they sleep with, their vagina do not get consumed, so the next day she can meet another. If their vagina can get finish as many men they sleep with, they might preserve that vagina. Henceforth the lack of values allow them to go to sleep with other men as long as they please.
  
  These type of ladies forget that the attractive body the Lord gave them is to put value on it so that their husbands will also place values on them. The movie indecent proposal is a typical example to look at. The moment the woman suggested to the man that I can do this for the money for your sake the man gave in and the end was disaster. The woman said," Not that I was a virgin when you met me, so it is alright for another man to have me." She went and she enjoyed it by devalued her body, maybe more than what the husband was giving her, yet she loved the husband. True love is always jealous so it cannot share it pleasure. However, western civilizations try to play with these things that end divorces and all kinds of family vices all because of holywood glamours.It takes values for teenage girls to stay virgin but society of advance civilization will not permit that. Things that should be free and command values are being destroy by western glamour.
  
  Suicide bombers are able to carry their assaults, because they are defending their values, which they think the ways of the west is infringing on.The west is defending, thinking their way of life is being challenged, not thinking that the sort of life they are defending does not exist forever, even at all, it moves around from civilizations to civilizations. You brought this today to benefit, tomorrow someone will bring something to benefit.
  
  It is all lack of PROPER VALUES which can be found in Christ Jesus and his SALVATION CAME.
