If you see the face of someone speaking the truth you will know it and if you see that of liar you will know it. Mosquito is in the box and telling it all as it is and as it was in the box. The man knows his job and he knows the in and out of it and he is speaking no critical matters to the judges to make up their own mind. If it comes to cross-examination, he will say it as it is. No lies and formulating and twisting and dodging questions and all those tricks as Bawumia did. It is a matter of being truthful and sincere to Ghanaians.

The SC should not rule in favour of any party. Already there seems like the Judges at the supreme court are showing some sort of partisanship. In such a situation it is expected that the people of Ghana themselves decide the outcome. The petition case has really educated Ghanainaisn on the lection issues and will do well in next voting where all the issues brought up will be looked into well. For PEACE to prevail in Ghana there is the need for a run off for the masses to decide for themsolves instead of SC ruling in favour of one party. Ghana must be very careful for things look very bleak ahead.Hmm!!!

The NPP and the petitioners should be ashamed of themselves. The impression created by the NPP and the petitioners is as if the process of election was imposed on them. It is clear from the evidence of the 1st and 3rd respondents that the NPP was part of IPAC where very critical decisions were taken in relation to the 2012 elections. In most of the times, the reforms and controls introduced in the elections have come from them. They have always led the way especially in opposition. They have always been given the room to suggest anything. The major reforms and controls in the elections have come from them.
Prior to the 2012 elections, Abu Jinapor, Samuel Awuku and other spokespersons of the NPP have hinted they will match the NDC BOOT FOR BOOT. What has happened for the NPP to go to court? Are they only braggards and only make empty noises?
Mr Asiedu Nketiah missed one very important step in the process of the elections. And that is the fact that after the polling officials identifies a potential voter using the voter's I.D, the name of the potential voter is ticked in the voters register to confirm that person has taken his/her turn to vote. This singular exercise prevents one to make a second attempt to vote thereby curtailing multiple voting.
The president made an appeal to the EC after several calls from legible voters including my goodself after the break down of the verification machines at some polling centres to allow those in the queue to vote. This call was in line with the PRESIDENTIAL OATH taken by the president to defend the 1992 CONSTITUTION at all times. It is a provision in the Constitution for every Ghanaian who qualifies to vote to be registered as a voter and to take part in public elections including the general elections. This call by the president was not an order on the EC but an appeal. The EC is not allowed to take instruction from the Executive, its independence has been guaranteed by the 1992 Constitution.
The lead counsel of the respondents should be informed that the majority of Ghanians who have expressed their free will for Mr John Mahama to be the president of Ghana for the 4 years spanning 2013 through to 2016 are solidly behind him. They are remembering him and the other legal team members in their prayers. The Lord is guiding them and the truth shall prevail in this useless enterprise embarked upon the NPP and the petitioners.
The 2012 general elections has been the cleanest so far in the annals of elections in this country. This has been testified by Ghanaians and international observers alike. Those who cannot win elections through the ballot box and think that the law courts will help them to realise their ambition of becoming president and vice- president will be put to shame by the Heavenly God Almighty. Unless Jehovah is not mighty, the petitioners will achieve this fictitious aim through the Supreme Court of Ghana.
Now, I can understand better the reason the NPP claimed they must come to power by all means. It is a well thought through strategy thay have under their sleeves.GOD WILL SPEAK without any hesitation as long as He is a truthful God
