Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Judges are frowning at Phil Addison because his objections make no sense. Atuguba singled out Bawumia because Bawumia was meandering with his answers and Bawumia, a guy who grew up in the family of government officials knows better

Even if it was 5 to 4 it was over ruled and you carry on. Addison has been a very poor advert of a counsel. He acts like a bear on the Cape Coat beach with a fat neck and a fat head thinking that he can square up and intimidate everyone.
His practice of advocacy is nothing more than been argumentative and threatening.

Mr Afriyie never talk sense since he came into the fore front as official of the NPP. Is it the position that makes him carry himself like this or what?
I respect Dan Botwe so much that anytime I see him on a program I stop what I am doing to enable me tap from his wisdom. Even though Ohene Ntow was abrasive, he exuded confidence and also reason. But this one, I have never learnt anything good from him. He is a mockery of a General Secretary.
I will like to know his achievement as a practicing lawyer. What I have noticed since the ongoing petition is the simple hatred for Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata. But the truth is that he can never match Mr Tsikata in the understanding of the Law except in insults.
The strategy being employed by this person is to put impediment in the way of this learned Justice Atuguba in the discharge of his duty. Can Afriyie do 33.3% of the work being done by Justice Atuguba.
I want to assure all the people doing good work that Ghanaians appreciate their works and are observing proceedings.
These group of people will continue to lose elections since the days of Osagyefo Nkrumah because of their appaling conduct. The elections that brought Dr Busia to pwer was not effected on a level field. We all know the history of that. In 2008, J.A Kufour won the elections because Ghanaians were generally tired of NDC in government and the orchestrated lies of corruption against operatives of that party among other compelling reasons.
They have the agenda to take over power through the courts which I promise will be fought fiercely by progressive forces which I belong to.
I consider myself a Scientific voter, belonging to no party in Ghana but I will use my God given talent to fight the fictitious ploy to come to power.
Let me use this opportunity to say something I always tell my family. That is '' the enemies desire that you fail so that they can ridicule you. But you must work hard to succeed so as to make these enemies unhappy''.
Mr Tsatsu Tsikata, we are solidly behind you and we will assist you to succeed as long as we have the time at our disposal. Mr Afriyie is being hurt to see Mr Tsikata succeed hence the hatred.

Justice Atuguba has shown his bais against the petitioners and CLEARLY, by the way he deals with Mr Addison. If a judge tells a counsel to "SIT DOWN", it's gross misconduct and ABUSE of power. This is clearly an attempt to curtail the work of the counsel to the fullest.

Atuguba MUST be very careful in exercising "his" power with caution ,objectivity and wisdom or common sense.

He's a judge BUT the power he has in that court room is NOT above the people's soveriegn RIGHT and POWER. He's there to SERVE a NATIONAL interest, and therefore should be CAREFUL!!!! We expect balanced treatment in that court room!!
